I came here for reprinting business cards. The Print Center was close and despite them being more…read moreexpensive, I figured that we would support a local business. Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.

I decline this offer since like I already stated before, I'm looking for a fresh new idea. Long story short Lily had no ideas for me so I then ask for a piece of paper and begin sketching some ideas. Later that day she emails me an invoice for 156$ for the graphic design( keep in mind she designed nothing for me, I drew everything out). I still pay the invoice because I'm looking to do business and I need business cards and also I'm thinking she's going to make my idea better and it'll work out. 2 weeks later I hear nothing from her so I email her for a preview of what's been designed and she sends me over the exact thing I drew on the paper nothing different nothing better. I understand the idea was mine however why was then I charged a graphic design fee if she didn't design anything for me ? I email her back and explain I don't like it and I feel like we should change it. She then emails me back and says that's fine but there will be another graphic design fee. Once she told me that I realized this place does not do any real designing of they're own. They take pictures from shutter stock and just copy and paste. I completely don't agree with that and advice any one who is potentially looking to do business here to go else where. No creativity, no good clear communication and honesty feel like they're just looking for any excuse to charge. You're better off using an online sight that you upload your own image from shutter stock and input your own information.

They disagreed that the image was pixelated (attached here) and if it was, it was because of the original image (it was not the issue). They printed it again without issue, but there was no acknowledgement that the original print quality was unacceptable and it was because of their error. - the turnaround time was very quick - we were able to get a quote within hours and received our original order the next day and the re-print within two days. - value was good/fair, especially compared to other alternatives. Overall, we wouldn't use them again for something sentimental or where pixelation would be important (ex. wedding-related, holiday cards, etc.) but would maybe use them for something with a pretty designs (ex. poster, maybe?).

It's a bit hard to get to, if the parking lot is busy and congested, but you will find plenty of spots in front. My first or second time to this Staples only since this is not close in my area, but I came by since it was on my way home. I had a couple of Amazon returns and this Staples was convenient for the task. The staff person was quite efficient in scanning them in although they no longer give you receipts for your returns, they will take your item, bag it in an Amazon bag, and then put a label on each bag, and then scan your QR code and then the item's label and put the item(s) into these giant boxes to collect and then send back to Amazon, painless experience, only thing was that the staff person looked a bit grumpy, maybe he was having a bad day. He was still polite, just a bit curt. I took the time to look and walk around. This store is a standard Staples, about the same size as the one near my neighborhood. There's the usual computers and printers, plus lots of office supplies, then there's seasonal items on special displays like tax prep software. There's also a Party City in this one! Convenient if you were needing decorations for a party or an office event. It is the trend to co-locate several businesses in one so then there's synergy to pull customers in to return Amazon items, and then they might decide to just actually see, touch, and try an item in person before they buy at Staples if it's carried here. While the shopping area can be busy, the parking lot has plenty of spots and the actual Staples store is easy to navigate. Sometimes the printing and package area can be busy, but they're typically well staffed, and I'm usually greeted as I walk in. I typically order prints ahead of time online and come in to pick them up. The team does a really good job with the prints and they've been really consistent. I also have been able to order prints to be ready within a day to a few days of when I order them. I always leave myself some buffer time in case there's delays though. They have other services available here and plenty of supplies you may need for work projects or personal projects.
