They disagreed that the image was pixelated (attached here) and if it was, it was because of the original image (it was not the issue). Overall, we wouldn't use them again for something sentimental or where pixelation would be important (ex. wedding-related, holiday cards, etc.) but would maybe use them for something with a pretty designs (ex. poster, maybe?).

I honestly had such an uncomfortable experience at this UPS Store on Truxel that I ended up just…read moreleaving. I came in for a simple Amazon return. The item was actually still in the same box Amazon shipped it to me in, and you could even see my original delivery address on it. I was told they wouldn't accept it like that and that I would need to buy another box. I was confused because I've returned things through UPS plenty of times and have never had this happen. I normally go to the Howe Ave location, where everyone has always been helpful, but I happened to be near Truxel so I stopped here instead. I wasn't trying to argue with anyone about their policy. I just asked if one of the shipping bags could be used instead of buying another box as suggested. The employee went over and asked the manager if they could make the same type of accommodation they had apparently made for another customer before, and his response was basically, "not now." That was the part that really bothered me. The whole interaction made me feel like they just didn't want to help me or even want me there. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided I wasn't going to spend money somewhere that was making me feel that way. If the answer is no, that's fine. Just explain it to me and treat me with some kindness and respect. That's really all I was asking for. I ended up leaving without doing my return and will just continue going to the Howe Ave location. I've always had a completely different experience there. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be coming back to the Truxel location. I'm reading now on these yelp reviews other people having the same issue this is absolutely appalling when I'm not the only one and it keeps happening to other people!!!
