I am a small business owner that was looking to have some shirts made to help me take my company to the next level. I wanted to find another company to do business with that has the same customer service level that I give to my customers. I am very glad I chose Fantastical prints to have my shirts made. Dave was very helpful from the beginning with the logo, shirt selection, color differentiation and things they may be a potential downfall in my original logo design and how the thread would actually look on the shirt. All his suggestions were spot on and we went through a few changes with my logo and trial runs before we felt the shirts were ready for their production run. His service was fast and kept me in the loop the entire time. I just received the shirts yesterday and I have to say they look great. Can't wait to go out on my next appointment with my companies name and logo on some high quality polo shirts!

I had a disappointing experience with this company. After discussing the different paper thickness,…read moreI asked Erica for a quote, she wrote the prices on a sticky note and handed it to me, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, I ordered samples and specifically requested an 8.5x11" size, when I came back to pick up the samples, they printed smaller version while charging $10 per sample stating that the file was that size. Other companies printed the same file at the correct size without extra charges. Additionally, there was no communication from their team about this issue. As a business owner, I was eager to work with them on brochures and marketing materials, but this experience has led me to choose a different company. I won't be recommending their services to any of my business partners. Very disappointed.

1 Star I rarely…read moreleave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I brought in a dress to be hemmed for a friend's wedding. It only needed a few inches taken off the length. During my fitting, I was measured and told to come back in a few days to pick it up, but I was never given a price estimate beforehand. When I returned, I was told the cost would be $92. I was genuinely surprised because the dress itself cost about the same amount. I simply commented that I felt the price seemed high. I had every intention of paying--I was only expressing my surprise since I hadn't been told the cost in advance. Instead of explaining the pricing, I was met with a very rude response. I was told, "If the dress cost $10, do you want me to charge you $10?" and then, "This time this is the price. Next time you can do it yourself." I was honestly taken aback by how I was spoken to. A simple explanation of the pricing would have been completely understandable, but there was no reason to respond in such a dismissive and unprofessional way. Unfortunately, after I left and looked over the dress more carefully, I realized the hem wasn't even completed properly. A significant section had been left unhemmed, so the work I paid for wasn't fully finished. Between the lack of a price estimate, the poor customer service, and the incomplete alteration, I won't be returning. I hope this feedback encourages better communication with customers and greater attention to the quality of the work.
