I came here with my friend for a study session as it's not too noisy and very spacious inside. Also it's conveniently right beside the Dart station and near Trinity College. The cafe is very spacious inside with plenty of tables and sofas near the back, and it also seems like one of the cafes where it's ok to sit for a few hours to read or get some work done, or even just relax. My friend ordered a cheese cake which she loved, but the apple flavouried Frappe she got was not great unfortunately. The coffee is average, nothing gourmet or anything like some of the other popular coffee shops around Dublin, but not bad either. I would compare it to something like Costa Coffee or Starbucks. They also have a TV which was showing the Olympics when we went which was pretty cool as most coffee shops don't seem to have TV's like pubs do.
Overall, nice seating, inexpensive and convenient access with an casual student-ish vibe. Perfect for studying or relaxing. read more
