I said no problem I just needed a simple French tip so as long as it was a neutral color it would be fine. They informed me they would need to remove the original dip powder to which I agreed. I became increasingly concerned when the method by which they were removing the existing dip was not only painful but I could hear my nails breaking under the pressure. When they were finally done removing the dip powder from my nails they were about to add fake nails to my nails since he had broken my nails. I informed them I did not want fake nails that I wear the dip on my nails to protect it not to add fake nails to my finger. he said he needed to add fake nails to make my nails all the same length since he had destroyed my other nails. At that point I said just put clear polish on my nails and I would be fine since I was no longer comfortable with their service. They then informed me that it would be $31 for removing the dip power from my nails and adding one coat of clear regular polish. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I will be fighting the charge as I did not want to have the police called on me for nonpayment.
