when I walked in there their service inappropriate I was sitting for a good 30 mins , And then when I got in the chair the lash tech did not understand anything I was saying, And when I got on the phone with them they told me they had my service but the whole time they didn't. At the end of the service I had left out and my lash flew off. I had to come back in and they had to attach it back on my eye. This is the first review I've ever written, and I joined Yelp SPECIFICALLY for the purpose of warning others away from this shop! I pass by this place often as it's on my way home, and I always wanted to stop in because they have pedicures advertised for $14.99 on certain days of the week. One day after work I decided to go in. Luckily for me, I had to go to the bathroom to take my stockings off - the bathroom was TEEMING WITH ROACHES. Big ones, small ones, all over the sink, floor, and wall. Lousy! Lousy! Lousy! The customer service stinks at this low-class joint. To call it an establishment would be a HUGE FAUX PAS! The male technicians are the worst! Not to mention, they look like the Walking Dead! They will argue with you about what you want as a service. Leave acetone on your skin; I don't want you to wash it off, regardless of whether it's burning. I suggest you wait until the final application of gel polish is complete. Meanwhile, my hand is burning from the acetone, which you now want me to place under a gel lamp. I washed my hands anyway, and when I returned, he was rolling his eyes. Initially, he quoted $45 for a powder-mix overlay with gel polish. After me washing my hands as well as pointing out a flaw on one nail, he then said once at the register that he had to redo the corner of my nail. These shysters are in our neighborhood and treat us like crap, though we owe them something for their fucked up customer service and piss poor quality! MAY DAY! MAY DAY! STAY AWAY!  We need to STOP patronizing this type of subpar level of so-called professionals and push towards getting them out of our neighborhoods! Our money is obviously what keeps them here! I got here right on time this afternoon cause as soon as I sat in the massage chair a group of people came in. They will give you water or pop I love the massage chairs and they all have ipads attached to them. The pedi was standard they didnt use that razor thing they use this thing that looks like a grater hopefully my heels stay smooth for a decent amount of time. They also have the nail feet drying station to help you dry. read more

P nails is the bomb!! They are better at pedicures than they are with nails though. There is one guy, I don't know his name but he is the best I've ever had on my eyebrows.....EVER! You'll know him because his are tatto'd on. They are more than reasonable and normally fast, as long as "P" the owner is there, lol. This place got 1 person that knows what they're doing and the rest must be family. They did the worse no chip manicure I have ever had. Left my nails crooked and sharp angled. Lumpy with air bubbles. The men that did mine and my friends nails couldn't even sit through the whole thing without going out to smoke. They knew that the job was not well done and tried to compensate with the 1 employee that is licensed to fix the mess. The place was empty so there wasn't a reason to rush yet that's what it felt like. Anyone else would've been rude and belligerent but I just paid and left. The nail equipment wasn't clean and didn't come from a sterilizer. It was a huge disappointment and I will NEVER come not recommend this place to anyone but the department of Health and sanitation. read more

I have been going to P nails for years, they did my nails 2 days ago. My nails looked like they were done by a 2 year old, I went back to get them fixed the next day and theyw look worse the acrylic is all over my fingers. I went there and got my nails did by a lady who was mixed with black and chinese. She did a good job, I've had better. so I decided to go back again. She wasn't there so I let Spike do my nails..... This is a no star shop. I decided to take my 5 yr old daughter on a girls day out so we went to this nail shop. They appeared to be friendly and looked nice when we first went in. My daughter got her finger/toenails polished and was finished before me, so she watched the fish. She needed to go to the washroom the lady that was doing my pedicure didn't want to let me go with her. I asked someone to show her where it was they just pointed. She got back there and was scared because the roaches met her at the door. I had to stay in there with her for her to use it. While I got my nails done, my daughter was sitting in an empty station next to me and no one had a problem with it. I then paid for our nails. Some late employees came in, so I told my daughter to sit in the empty manicure station behind us. Some old man told her she couldnt sit there; I thought it was probably because there was a laptop there so I told her to sit in the station on the other side so she could be close to me again he came and told her she couldnt sit there. I asked him where should she sit, he told me she had to sit by the door. He had no problem with her sitting at any station before I paid my money. That is not kid friendly (to me at least). I wish they would have told her to sit by the door before I paid my money I would have gladly gone to another shop where my money would have been appreciated. Don't spend your money here! Take it where you and your daughter will be treated like a paying customer before and after you pay your money. We will NEVER go back!!! read more

P nails is theobe to stay away from as will I. I gave it one star because the price of eyebrow waxing is the cheapest in town. But it is not worth it. I went in yesterday and paid before the service was done because I was pressed for time. Went to the backroom and noticed she had used sticks in the wax. So used they were broken. Double dipping is a no no. Anywho I did not like how they were having side conversations over me, literally. It had nothing to do with their language because it is still rude to carry on side conversations in front, or over customers. All was done and my sister and I leave the salon (almost at the car) and we are chased out the door by two screaming employees. They were screaming you no pay and who you pay. We explained the story completely how I even paid a three dollar tip. This scene is carrying out in front of all the patrons. We demanded an apology and insured that we would not be back. I walked out and returned to demand my tip back. What is so sad another customer said they would not be back either.
