I do have a pretty moderate/high pain tolerance but honestly I did not "oooh!!!", flinch, or scream and I'm an actual hairy leg girl. The most you'll feel is a quick sting but the wax is warm, very smooth and rips away just as smooth. My appt was at 1:15p but I was not seen until 1:35p as she was finishing up a client however, I booked this with nothing else pressing on my plate so I didn't mind the wait. Mimi explanation sounded more like an excuse, that the lashes used was based on my natural lashes ability to use certain lengths to avoid damage to the lash line. I informed her I have cleared my schedule for this, but we agreed to a later time, stating my schedule masseuse Sharon had a doctors appointment. I do not trust just anyone to massage me, since I am pregnant. Sharon ( a fantastic masseuse I've known for years) agreed to perform my pregnancy massage. Sandra says in the nastiest tone "Sharon doesn't DO pregnancy massage. I told you on the phone it would be someone different." How disrespectful.
