I had an appointment for a pedicure & was seen right away! I can't think of her name but it started with an "M". She was excellent. I hadn't had a pedicure since of the summer and she really cleaned my feet up well and shaped my toenails. I am definitely going back to see her in a couple weeks. Place is busy busy busy but it's because they are so good. Always a pleasure to get the pedicure you need before a big vacation.

My mom and I took our 94 year old dear friend to Love Nails to get her very first ever pedicure. My mom and I ended up getting manicures as well. Lisa and John were AMAZING!! The manicures and pedicure were a wonderful experience for all of us. Most of all, I cannot thank John and Lisa for being so kind to our friend and taking care of her. I have been going here for years, 7 to be exact and it's a block from the house. It takes a lot for me to say I will never be going back here again. The staff however courteous and friendly have not always paid attention. The final straw was going in to get my nails done before our company Christmas party at Gibsons, black tie, I made an appointment for 5:45 and they close at 7. They made me wait 20 minutes ( not a huge deal) but than rushed and cut every one of my cuticles for my acrylics. Not only were my fingers sore but they used their fingernail to push down my cuticle bed and my finger swelled. I had to go to the doctor and pay my copay to get antibiotics to bring the swelling down, not to mention my nails were uneven. I don't care how inexpensive it was I will not be ever going back, and that saddens me. read more

I always come here to get just a pedicure. Just the other day I decided to finally get acrylic nails and it was a bad idea my nails are un even and look really un natural on me ! Left the shop with dried glue all around my nails it just looked a mess !!! I would suggest to only go to Brian for your nails because the other old man did a horrible job . read more

Unless you don't want to wait 2 hours + then make an app. Other then that, I had no problems. Nails are nice.

i've been to love nails many times before and never had a problem until recently!i know the wait time is high and the usually don't honor appointments properly but decided to call and make an appointment for myself and my mother just to be on the safe side. i specifically said 2 pedicures and 2 manicures one of them being a full set. the man said no problem and made the appointment. however when we came in it was as if they had no idea what the appointment was for!they were disgusted by the fact that they had more work to do so close to closing time yet they ACCEPTED the appointment! after feeling as if they didn't want to take care of us they continued to talk about us in a different language because they wanted to rush out by 7! we left with only manicures and very very disappointed will not be returning in the future!! read more

This nail salon scams you. I went in for a full set of gel nails and they gave me acrylic nails. I wanted gel because the research I did comparing gel and acrylic said gel nails looked more natural. After having my nails done, they did not look natural so I googled "gel nails applied with a powder" and found out this is a scam nail salons use to charge more. They gave me acrylic nails then put a gel "overcoat". Then cured my. Ails under a uv light. Gel nails are supposed to be cured under a uv light after each coat and they Definately did not do that. Also gel nails are NEVER a powder, always gel. That's why they are called gel nails. I've never gotten fake nails before so I didn't know so I want to warn anyone else who doesn't know any better. read more
