She LISTENED to what I wanted, short term and long term. She made me feel instantly at ease and relaxed. I got probably one of the BEST cuts I have had in a very long time. A coffee shop and plants and this hair salon adds to the benefits. I explained how my very fine, baby, fine hair had no body, and all she had to do was cut about an inch or so off, and it would curl in this heat, which is what she did perfectly. I will be coming back through the summer until I go back to Florida in the winter. I'm glad to have found Concepts hair salon.

I don't mind waiting for a few mins, but nearly 30 mins was too much. Finally, my daughter and I got our hair styled. My daughter's up-do was fine (could've been better), and mines was horrible. Apparently, they don't know how to style thick, wavy/curly hair. My hair was blow dried and then she used a flat iron to straightened my hair. But, she didn't used any type of serum or heat protectant on my hair. I was in shock, because I was expecting the serum. My hair was so dry and frizzy. It was a disaster. I gave this business a try to support local, but unfortunately it didn't work out.

But my hair looks very dry and dull. I'm very disappointed with the outcome. I also noticed that her technique with applying toner was so off from my previous experiences with other hair stylists.
