I use to come here all the time but I moved. I happened to be out here and got my nails did last Sunday. When he was putting the tips on he didn't push them down to secure them, he just kept putting more glue on them and I told him there's a gap. He kept saying it's fine. So the next day my nails pop off. Within three days 4 nails pop off easy and the other ones cricket. I go back today and he say he can't do nothing because it's been a week. That's not my fault. I've been coming here for several years and mani pedis generally speaking pretty good. Staff just okay today they were absolutely rude. My friend and I had pedicures she was serviced by Jeremy and said he was excellent. My pedicure was just average. When it came time to pay I tipped 10 percent. 30.00 for a pedicure is probably average but I didn't feel like my pedicure was worthy of tipping more. The nail tech who provided my service told me I had to tip her 20 percent or 6.00. I questioned this and she started arguing with me. Very unprofessional and rude. She was trying to justify why I had to tip her! I said just raise your prices or post a sign but don't expect people to pay 20 percent! A small neighborhood nail shop that's well worth it. I've been coming to this nail shop since 2009. Michelle, one of the nail techs, and B.J., the owner, are two of the best nail techs I've experienced (I haven't been able to find nor match the quality of service in even some of the most expensive places within the city and out of state). It's a small and simple nail shop (nothing fancy and no fancy services), however, I routinely come ever two weeks when I'm not traveling. Also, when Michelle isn't working, ask for her sister. While all of the techs do an excellent job (all appear to have regulars who come in and request for them by name) she and her sister are the two I always get services from. read more

The owner BJ & his wife Cindy are so u professional! Some of the staff are not friendly and have very nasty attitudes! They are argumentative with the clients & I guess because the location is somewhat in the "hood" they feel like they can LACK professionalism!! Only a few of the employees smile at you. I have put up with the lack of professionalism because the quality of what I was getting done has been good for the PRICE.....that's it!! But enough is enough! I will never return there, I will not recommend anyone to go there and I will tell all of the people I know that go there not to go anymore! Their attitudes would be different if they were in evergreen park, oak lawn or other neighboring suburbs! NEVER go here! I went here with my friend on Wednesday, we both got no chip 27$ and by the next day it was peeling off! The woman was RUDE and rushing the entire time too and the shop was empty! We went back the following day to get our nails fixed and the owner (who did our nails) claimed she wasn't open that day!! So unprofessional, super dirty, tiny.
