I understand and speak Vietnamese, and without realizing it, Katie complained the entire time in Vietnamese saying she didn't want to do the full set, that she wouldn't be able to leave by 7 PM, and that she had plans to go to Tahoe. She was huffing, puffing, sighing loudly, and clearly rushing. Her body language, tone, and attitude were extremely unprofessional and made the entire service uncomfortable. Complaining about a customer in another language, especially when you don't know who understands it, is completely inappropriate. I chose to stay quiet and keep things professional rather than cause a scene. While I do like the style of my nails, the quality of the work itself is poor. The photos show clear flaws such as bubbles in the polish, uneven and sloppy tops, and my left thumb is noticeably tilted to the right. The set looks rushed and careless, which matches the attitude displayed during the service. The total came to $128, and although I'm normally a generous tipper, I tipped $20 specifically for Michael because he earned it. As I was leaving, I overheard Katie comment in Vietnamese about the $20 tip, which was honestly shocking and disrespectful. Katie, I truly hope you work on your professionalism. No customer should feel rushed, judged, or talked about during a service they're paying for. Once I left, the lights were immediately shut off, reinforcing how rushed the entire experience felt. I won't be returning and do not recommend booking with Katie.
