David greeted me I'm sure with a smile behind his mask :) but my gracious as you walk through their unbelievable doors you can't help but think they have restored every hotel, bar and restaurant in town. Their walls, and wood designs are how shall I put this- I wanted to offer to just house sit their offices! What's amazing is they cater to everyone! It doesn't matter if you are redoing a million dollar home or just restoring a falling down dresser your customer service is the same- kind, professional and awesome! David took me to their wood by the pound area and I was in heaven- reclaimed old barn wood everywhere- you name, they have it! I would highly recommend avoiding working with this business. There is a long story here, however…read moreto keep it brief we purchased two acacia live edge slabs. Later, these slabs warped and were identified to be improperly kiln dried. When this matter was raised with the owners, they became extremely defensive and blamed the issue on my "inexperience" (being that of working with epoxy, not woodworking in general). They have proceeded to fabricate a timeline of events to the bank during a chargeback claim by stating that they were not properly contacted and that my attempts to financially recover some of my expenses by proceeding to make cutting boards negated any of their responsibly. While this matter is not over, I am posting this review to warn others. Any response to this review by the owners should be taken with a grain of salt.
