It's a lovely spa too, and not just massage. I met my masseuse, who was very welcoming. We talked about my chronic health issues and how to approach things, and what areas to prioritize. Her massage skills were great. Firm pressure, dug in when needed, loosened up impossibly tight areas, and helped get things moving in my body. I felt like new afterwards and will be scheduling again in a couple of weeks. I can't wait. I will say the massage was more expensive than most other spas, and to get the price down a bit, a membership is required, which I'm not thrilled about. I hate subscriptions, so I'll probably pay more for my freedom from a subscription and because my massage therapist is worth it.

Didn't really get much out of it and seems like it is something you would need to go back for multiple times to get the full benefits out of it. We could have done the foot detox but it wasn't something we were interested in so we did the red light. They also sell certain skin products as well and have monthly specials, so make sure you check those out on their website as well with their list of services they provide (it's quite extensive)! He uses many different methods including acupressure, acupuncture, shiatsu, Rolfing, and other methods I don't know the names of with tremendous knowledge about both eastern and western medicines, herbal medicine, and ancient wisdom. I've had a lower hip pain for a decade since my fall. Physical therapies, chiropractic, different types of massages, and Rolfing didn't help much, and the pain was always lingering. Finally I feel more than 90% normal now. He is like a magic healer or some sort. With his expertise in so many different things, he just knows what to use and how to use them.
