If you're a fellow water snob like I am, and you're looking for a new water service, YOU'VE FOUND…read moreYOUR NEW PLACE! I am obnoxiously picky about water. You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. Zero smell. Crystal cooool.

He even helped us figure out which water cooler to buy with his expertise. I had lots of questions and he answered them all. It's been a 5 star, 10/10 experience! Thank you, Michael!

I've had my full house system for 14 months and I called for my free yearly service and inspection…read more To my pleasant surprise, the tech informed me I didn't need any new filters and to wait another year, or to call if anything seems off. Both my RO system and 3-filter house system were doing their jobs. BTW, I live in peoria where the water is hard, but not as bad as some parts of AZ. For anyone considering the system, which can seem a but pricey, I say without a doubt it's worth it! I've grown so accustomed to the great water at home, whenever I go someplace else to shower (especially hotels), I can now smell the chlorine in the water (gross). Before buying, I did a ton of research and looked at a few other systems, and I'm glad I landed with Puragain.

Rarely do I post negative reviews, but if Puragain Water's business practices are to handle a…read moreclient as they did, it's sad. Super Bowl Sunday, I installed a water heater on an emergency basis as the pressure relief valve was faulty and could not function due to a sand like substance that was clogging the valve. The home also had low hot water pressure; however, no pressure issues on the cold side. The Puragain system had 2 pressure valves, one at each end of the system and it did not have any type of a bypass installed. Pressure at the inlet side was 55 psi and on the outlet side, it slowly crept up from 0 to 35 psi and no more. Puragain's emergency line was called and being it was Sunday, no tech was available. The next day, the tech comes to the house only to say this water pressure issue is due to a faulty toilet valve in the house... I chuckled under my breath. It's clear there's some form of blockage in the system and being the hot water heater that had been replaced yesterday was filled with a sand like substance. And quite a bit, much more than any potential sediment seen from an opened main water line. The tank was the first fixture to receive the water in the house and there were no issue at the time on the cold side. After the tech disproved his own theory, he went over to the filters and removed the third. It had the same sand substance that was in the hot water heater, only the tech went as far to say this is supposed to be full. About 1/8 of the material was left. At this point, the tech finally says, "We are at fault." He provided a number in which became discussion with a regional manager who at first seemed to be helpful and then abruptly disappeared. It's now June 1st. Last night was spent trying to remove sand so the bath will fill up. Laundry is a struggle as the hot water doesn't work well. Nor do the dishwasher, showers or any faucet. Maybe one day Puragain will make the hot water lines just that.
