For starters, she ran 15 minutes behind with her previous client and did not acknowledge or apologize for the delay when she began. Brows: There was no consultation for my brow wax---she just started waxing and went wayyy overboard. I felt the entire tail of my left brow get waxed off and she immediately said "I'll be right back." She left the suite and when she came back she started filling in my brows with pencil for several minutes. It wasn't until I got home and washed the pencil off before bed that I saw how truly HORRIFIC my brows looked. Uneven, unshaped, and just as I thought, my tail is missing. To make matters worse as she's filling them in she says to me "have you ever noticed your left brow is a lot thinner than your right?" No, I have never noticed that and no brow artist has ever told me that either. She said that because she knew what she did. Upper lip wax: she did FOUR passes on each area and there were still random hairs left. It should not have taken all that! It's like she couldn't get the hair off. She went over the same area wayyyy to many times and now my face is raw with bumps Upper leg wax: Miserable and painful. Soooo much grabbing and pinching because she could not get the wax to pull off. At one point she even said "I'm sorry, it's not you.." Her technique made absolutely no sense and I left with so much wax left on me that's still there after a shower.

Observed the nail technicians prep the massage seat's foot rest with plastic liners to make you feel safe and comfortable soaking your feet in the tub. The clippers and filler used are sanitized and ripped open individually from a blue plastic. Didn't pay attention to the price of manicure but for basic pedicure, soaking feet with no soap and quick foot massage - the service fee starts at $35. If they use gel ... extra $15. It wasn't me but it was my mom who had her toenails done. They were nice enough to have me sit next to her and watch how he cuts the cuticles one at a time. The service was full one hour and more. No accidents happened like cutting the nails or dead skin. My mom is diabetic and it was very important to know that the male nail technician was very careful. I could have given a 5 star review if only some the people who work there could understand and speak a little bit more English so to have a nice conversation and be able to follow the individual instructions from the customers. Also, show and tell the first time customers how to use the massage chair. Haven't seen how they do nail art but I highly recommend this nail salon for their basic nail services. They use OPI paint. CAN'T TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM!…read more POOR QUALITY! Eyebrow Services In the years of being service there hasn't been alot of issues with the Satisfaction of my brows online few throughout the years and you did address the issues along with stating the msg I have attached below so I wouldn't have any issues going forward so from this it's states it's your product if it was my brows the the proper from of providing excellent customer service would have been to correct the issue not a refund below is a copy of your response on the issue that took place prior before in March of 23. So at this point it's not my brows excellent customer service would have been well let's try a different service and maybe give this current service a break or whatever but me as a client should be able to voice my opinion if I see something's not right if I'm paying for a service so if you're going to be in the industry you're going to have to be able to handle it accordingly a couple Corrections for issues yes but if it's keep being brought to you your next resolution is just a refund a customer their money and discontinued Services is very unprofessional so you will continue to loose a lot of customers if you can't take their feedback and correct issues regardless if it's multiple times the problem is the inconsistency and not enough consistency in your services when you're performing the service on the client it should be the same each time I sit in your chair but it has not been it's been a few times where there's been issues and I've posted that below how does my brows look so different in two different pictures it's not my brows it's your product with that post you responded to me it shows what you did with your products just take the accountability. Top picture is what my brows look like from service on March 23rd 2024 unprofessional brow is larger than the other the bottom picture is when they were done correctly majority of my time of service there my brows already a hit but there were some misses at times and Saturday was a miss so I guess I had too many misses that I addressed with a concern and the last Miss was a form of a return of a payment. Picture with both brows which the most recent service look how one brow is wider and bigger than the other one you can see a patch of black or dark color in the middle of the brow like it's fading and this is all within 24 hours the second picture is from a service where my brows was perfectly done by Detroit brow amongst other times I haven't had an issue but it seems like if your client I suggest don't voice too many concerns because if you do your last voice of concern is going to result into a refund of your payment and the discontinuous of service

I had a very unfortunate interaction with the owner. I had a less than satisfactory experience with…read moreone of the massage therapists, it was a very strange massage and was unlike anything I had previously experienced there. First the essential oils placed under my face gave me quite a migraine. I have a herniated disc in my neck which I acknowledge that sometimes that could be an issue but for me this has never been a problem during massages. For some reason she placed several, and I mean several, hot towels on my neck which was immediately pretty painful as this was heavy to be placed with heat on a herniated disc, no matter how healed. Then she quite literally covered me in lotion, like a ridiculous amount where I couldn't even get dressed, barely touched me and ran out of the room, almost before I could even ask her for a towel (I was literally drenched in lotion) and before the session was supposed to be over. So I was left in more pain plus a migraine with a shortened session and covered in lotion, and I did notice that she didn't greet me afterwards to offer me water and make sure I'm doing good like they usually do here. This was all very strange and bizarre, but I assumed maybe this had to do with inexperience and wanted to leave feedback as to why this wasn't the best experience, especially since this is a luxury service that wasn't cheap. The owner called me the next day, and she was genuinely one of the most hostile and unpleasant people I had ever talked to. I am not a confrontational person, and I do think I was being reasonable in leaving feedback. She called me and told me that there is absolutely no way that any of this happened, and that she "welcomes me to not return". I told her that this was unfortunate to hear because I had such positive experiences in the past there, to which she told me I didn't go there enough times to have that much of an opinion. She kept telling me that I am more than welcome to not return, and at this point I wasn't going to but I just wanted her to tell me directly that she was banning me from returning for having a negative experience. She was avoiding saying explicitly that I could not return, but she kept insisting I was welcome to go elsewhere. I told her I would probably leave a review of the situation, to which she said "well that's not very nice of you". I told her it's not very nice to ban me for expressing concerns with my session. She hung up the phone abruptly, and the next day another staff member called and offered to reschedule me with someone else. I politely declined. I also want to mention that the ramp to get in the door is extremely inaccessible, I am a wheelchair user and it's borderline hazardous the way it is oriented. If I am to open the door, I have to be on the ramp which is difficult, or the door will push me down the stairs. If you use a mobility aid or have chronic pain I would not recommend, not because of the staff but 100% because of the owner.
