This place is great! Really high end and classy for sure. I don't come here often, because I have a…read morestylist who knows my usual cuts. I have come here a few times though whenever she can't take me in. But this place is basically just as good. The first time I came here, I was looking to color my hair. I've never done anything to it before and this was a new place for me, so I was terrified as hell. Amanda was my stylist and I basically showed her a bunch of photos and let her do whatever she wanted with my hair. I was terrified, but my goodness, the result was amazing! Amanda gave me balayage highlights that weren't too bright, flowed perfectly with my hair, and look amazing. She also gave me advice on how to take care of it, how I should update it, and everything. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair since then, especially when I curl it because you can see how cool it looks. Wow. I was definitely impressed. I think the price was expensive, but I was glad to pay it because I thought it was so worth it. I'm still going to my normal everyday place because I do have a strong relationship with my stylist and it's also a lot cheaper, but I do love One Salon. Now I come here when I'm trying something new, and then I go to my normal girl when I'm sticking with what I'm comfortable with. 10/10 would recommend this

Professional Hairdressers should be experienced in short and long hair. Being consistent in prices, also I was asked for a tip at the end of the service. I agreed to a root shadow thinking it would be like the example picture but this is DEFINITELY NOT A ROOT SHADOW. I wanted DEPTH and for you to cover my greys with the same color my natural hair was on top and sides from grow out of my natural hair. This was not worth $150.00 and I gave you three stars because the hi- lite color is really nice. Now when I look in the mirror all I see is straight blonde. This is not ethical and as a Master stylist you should know this. You did not cut my hair. You barely trimmed it. I asked for my bangs to be at lip length when dry and an inch off the rest. That was not done. Hair cut not worth $65.00 I liked the Fusio conditioning treatment. You were on your phone even when with me while doing my hair. If you want to build rapport with a client not the way to go. I know I was a new client but saying "I usually don't do new clients" was a slap in my face.
