Sam is doing hydration facial and glycolic peel for my face and décolletage for $200. The hydration facial is $150 and $50 for the glycolic peel for the face and décolletage. Toner between facial cleanse, glycolic chemical peel, massage, hot stone, enzyme, face mask (in the packet). Face feels clean. The toner burns the eyes a bit. The glycolic chemical peel only tingled a bit on my chest. Didn't feel any tingling on my face at all. Sam is nice, she was able to fit me in last minute. She had to tend to customers in between, but she made sure I was okay. Calming music in the background during my facial. My face feels really nice and clean. The massage was the best part for me. It's a bit expensive, but the facial and massage was good. My husband was sniffing me when I met up with him after my appointment, he said he could smell the mothballs on my coat and everywhere. The mothball smell was bad. The mothball smell wouldn't come out of my winter coat, my white alpaca sweater or my jeans or hair at all. Plan to shower and wash everything or dry clean afterwards. :/

My shirt had so many scents on it, TSA probably thinks I'm trafficking fragrances. Women got it good, entire kingdoms of skincare and makeup. Men? We get one rusty bottle of "All-in-One" that promises shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and maybe even motor oil. Not fair. I brought…read moreback four items, two of which were outside the 30-day return window--something I was unaware of, as I thought the policy was still 60 days. I fully acknowledged my misunderstanding and apologized. Despite agreeing to process the return--two items for a full refund and two for an exchange--the manager I dealt with was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily loud throughout the interaction. When I politely said I hadn't realized the return policy had changed, she sharply responded, "You should know--it's on your receipt and everywhere." I had brought replacement items for the exchange, but was abruptly told to go back and stand in line again. When I mentioned that I believed in the past you could proceed to the next available cashier, she raised her voice and said, "You need to go to the back of the line," visibly frustrated. Back at the cashier, she loudly announced, "This is the last time," drawing attention from others in the store. She then incorrectly claimed that three of the items were past the return window. When I calmly pointed out that only two were older than 30 days and offered proof, she admitted she didn't know which ones were which--yet continued to argue. Throughout the process, she was dismissive and degrading. At one point, she told me I had a $4 credit left. I responded that I didn't mind losing the $4, but she snapped back, "Don't you understand what I'm telling you? It matters!"--again, loudly enough to make everyone around visibly uncomfortable. I completed the exchange and paid the difference, but was left feeling deeply disrespected. As someone who works in healthcare and had just finished a long shift, I was shocked by how I was treated over a $60 transaction. The lack of professionalism and empathy was truly disappointing. More than just how she spoke to me and treated me, it was the clear disdain she showed while serving me that was most upsetting. I work in healthcare and had just come from the hospital in my uniform after starting my day at 4:30 a.m. She should not be in a customer-facing role. The way she chastised me over a $60 exchange was completely inappropriate. Even as I was leaving, she continued to remind me that I was wrong--so much so that others in line were staring in disbelief. The lady I dealt with was fully tatooed, nothing against tatoos i have some-just steer clear of her. On the plus side, there's one woman who provides outstanding service--she's tall with a hint of pink in her hair. She actively seeks out customers and makes sure they leave satisfied with the item they were looking for
