I had been to Deka Lash once several years ago and hadn't had the greatest experience but I decided to give them another shot - I am so glad that I did! My first recent visit to Deka Lash was for a complete removal of the mess that my previous technician had glued to my eyelids, and then I was scheduled a few days later for a new classic set. I've been seeing Lindsey for my classic refills as of late and she's really awesome, although all of the techs at Deka Lash do a great job. The nice thing about Deka Lash's corporate ownership is that you can see whichever tech works best with your schedule and expect the same styles/materials/quality regardless of who your appointment is with. The salon is clean and comfortable and they offer for sale a variety of extension-friendly products designed to help you maintain your lashes at home (I.e. makeup remover, cleansing kits, mascara, brushes, etc.). Another plus: online appointment booking makes scheduling super easy. As long as you book a few weeks out, you can usually find openings on the days/times that work best for you. Lash extensions are not cheap, know that off the bat. Deka Lash's pricing structure is about average (perhaps a bit on the expensive side) for salons in the area. Deka Lash does offer a membership program that comes with pricing discounts but admittedly I don't really know much about it, I always just pay as I go.

They even begged me to return, claiming they wanted to make things right and ensure I left happy. But when I didn't respond to their repeated calls, they changed their tone entirely and edited their response to now claim I was never even booked at their location. This is ridiculous, and I won't let it slide. I have full proof of my appointment--including screenshots of the booking clearly showing their business name, location, and time. I will attach these here. Stop bluffing and misleading people. If you think bluffing and trying to manipulate customers into silence is the way to do business, think again. If this continues and you persist in making false claims without accepting your mistake and If you continue trying to irritate me, I might have to take this an other way.
