Upon entering, you start in their little gift shop area - they have tons of really cute things. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice. Love it here.

Instantly upon opening the door, you can smell that either this used to be, or currently still is a dentist office. There's even a little dentist statue still on the other counter which confirmed my theory. I signed my name in on the list and took a seat in the waiting room. Another female was in a chair on the inside of the office clearly waiting to be seen as well. So I knew I had at least one ahead of me. After waiting about 8minutes, Melody came out and acknowledged me and began working on the woman in the chair. Afterwards, she kindly invited me to the chair. Melody is so sweet. I really enjoyed talking to her. And let me tell you, she did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows. Great work! I can see myself getting more than just eyebrows done by her. I also see 100% why she has returning customers, and now I'll definitely be one of them.

However, one area that has declined over time is punctuality. When I first began coming here, appointments were started promptly and ran efficiently. Over the past year, I have noticed a recurring delay, often resulting in a significant wait time beyond the scheduled appointment. While occasional delays are understandable, especially when rooms are occupied, the wait times I've experienced seem to stem more from extended conversations rather than scheduling constraints. This has also been a common concern among other clients in the waiting area. If appointments were handled more promptly and consistently, my experience would easily be a five-star one. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving overall scheduling and customer satisfaction.
