DESERVES 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. My nails were $65 and lasted 1 week. I got them done 07/10/22 and by 07/13/22 (wed) one of them broke off, you can look at the date on the pictures. Another fell off later that day but didn't get a pic. I glued them back on. By 07/17/22 ALL BUT ONE FELL OFF. When I called about it while I'm out of town they tell me they can only do it today and hung up on me. I called again and it happened again. I've never had such a bad experience. He also didn't even attempt to do a manicure so my nails automatically looked grown out. read more

I paid 80$ for my daughter nails. The next day one of the nails chipped. I went in for a repair because she had a spring formal that day. He started the repair then stopped and did a full fucking set on someone else instead of finishing the one nail. So after 20 minutes I asked how much longer for the repair, he nastily says AFTER HER! Then started talking shit in his language I said speak English so I can address whatever you're saying. The place needs to be deep clean and the pedicure chairs are raggedy. DO NOT RECCOMMEND they need customer service training. read more

So I went to get my nails done on a Wednesday afternoon (Fullset) .. for my vacation the follow week after 4 days I felt a few of my nails lyit ...an had 3 nails that came completely off .. (not broken down the middle or cracked in half).. I went back explain I had just got them done and had them replace .. the next day the two of the remanding nails broke off as well but it was to late to replace.. so luckily my cousin dose nails and she replace those for me the night before my flight.. as of right now I'm sitting on the plane getting ready to take off with two broken nails completely off an one nail being one that she replace.. two day ago when I went back I Paid $50 to get my nails done .. your girl is piss!!!! Ti Spa is my go-to for my Brazilian wax and (fine, I'll tell you- my upper lip wax, too) Yep, this review just got real personal. This place is very cleanly with friendly spa staff. Yen gave me her personal cell to make quick appts via text, I love how personable she is. Everyone on staff can perform all services, you'll never here "oh, so-and-so isn't here today, you can't get that". That's a huge pet peeve of mine in a salon/spa. Also, my wait is never long here and the business has been in Fairlane mall for a long time, longevity equals satisfied customers. I have no complaints about this place at all. I was even going to say that they could have more nail polish choices, but as I looked up I just saw a wall of colors I had never seen before. I'm always satisfied with whatever I get done here. I rarely get pedicures (because my sister typically does mine for me) but today I am, and they pull put waters and snacks for their customers while they get their tootsies done. I've been going there for years but I will not be going there ever again. I was there today to get a pedicure and my eyebrows arched. I told the man that was doing it that I wanted shellac but changed my mind before he had completed the pedicure only because I've had a concert and I planned on coming back in 2 weeks to get them redone but once I changed my mind his whole demeanor changed he didn't complete my pedicure and started talking in there language and was just rude but that's not the bad part he proceeded to go get the polish threw some polish on in a rush and at the point I said I can just pay you because he showed in every action that he was mad so he told me to go sit under the fan because I need to dry since I didn't want shellac anymore why was that necessary to say so I swing feet around and he starts yelling telling me I messed up my nails and I had to tell him it was intentional I hadn't even touch anything hadn't even put my feet on the floor he grab my foot and slammed it down so he can redo the one toe at that point I'm like wtf so I go sit under the fan and look down the other foot was messed up to so I'm like I don't care I just want to leave let me pay so I can go the eye brow lady starts yelling saying what he did don't have nothing to do with her I said the way I was treated I'm going somewhere else so I'm waiting to pay I called my sister to see where she go so I can have my eyebrows done and my ties redone the man that did my pedicure come up to ring me up he over charges me of course because he knew I wasn't going to tip him after how I was treated I left to calm down and went back to talk to someone about how I felt and how I was treated and his attitude was like so fuck it. So I cursed them out and left I tipped them every time I went and I fell like if you are a business your customers should matter we are the reason why your business is open without us it will be no you don't half ass me when I'm spending my money at your establishment . I give them two stars just because of their business hours and location. Partially due to its mall location. I called them in dire need of a bikini wax and she said they were still willing to take me. This is around 8pm I get there by 8:30. I was quoted a price of $25. I am taken back to the private area. Serivce begin and the technician was mindful enough to wear gloves and the space was relatively clean. She on the other hand was not very friendly or prersonable and rushed through my service. If you ever get bikinis/brazilians the experience is already unpleasant and "bedside" manner is essential. She also missed several patches which left me annoyed. When I go to pay she tells me she is charging me $28. Which baffles me only because she did a half a$$ job. I pay the extra and tip $2. It's about principle with me if you do an amazing job I'm willing to pay whatever the price. But no extra if you weren't stellar. I left unhappy with my experience and will probably never return. There are so many other legitimate day spas in the area that you get more for your money. I feel as if they offer poor service because they don't think very much of their general clientele. We all know fairlane can be a tough crowd but that should not forsake running a great business. read more

I love Ti Spa, always a great experience. I haven't been in over 3 years, but since I moved jobs, my normal spot in farmington hills is too far for a normal commute on a weekly basis. The likely hood of me being in dearborn is more predictable. Years ago, Ti Spa used to hook me up with the Brazilian wax and bikini wax. Now, since I don't get nail extensions anymore, my biggest challenge is finding a nail salon that doesn't butcher natural nails with a filer and actually soak the shellac off, instead manually scrapping it off. It's so sad because some technicians don't care and will mess up a nail bed quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised that Ti Spa took care of me. I believe the young lady that worked with me name was Ms. Ann. Very professional and pleasant. I love my nails and so happy I found an affordable alternative. Oh and she hooked up my eyebrows. I had her thread my brows and she was quick and accurate. Very pleased with the services I got. Overall, I spent $42 for both services. read more

I went here today to get my nails and eyelashes done. I was fortunate enough to have a friendly young girl to service me. She engaged in conversation with me throughout the process which made it that more enjoyable for me. However they have a sign posted that says "natural looking lashes 20" however when we got into the back she told me that those would leave gaps so for the full look i wanted i better go with the 25 dollar lashes. Whatever no problem. She did my lashes and they were not thick like i wanted. I mentioned this to her after going to the bathroom to wash my hands during the nail process and getting a better look at them. She told me there was no room to make them thicker she had left no spaces when applying them. Now they do look natural, so natural in fact that i could of kept my 25 dollars! they arent even thick. I feel cheated. What did i pay the extra 5 for then? My nails look great. And aside from the fact that my lashes arent as thick as i wanted they look really natural as well. My experience was horrible. They didn't not charge me by the prices on the board. They charged me $60 for a pedicure and an acrylic full set with shellac, but when I came back for a fill in with shellac, and a pedicure they still charged me $60. When I asked them to show me on the board how that added up they refused. My nails were sloppy and they are very unprofessional. In the process, they clipped my cuticles trying to "clean up" my nails and now they're peeling. All the "fixing" they tried to do left me with very dry & burning cuticles. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... This place is absolutely horrible... I walked in to get shellac done and asked the lady to please not file down my actual nail which weakens them and makes them brake easily... It's the only way I get my nails done... The lady wasn't too pleased with my request... She wouldn't do my nails and asked me to have a seat and she will find someone to do them for me... I let her know if she wasn't willing to do them I could just go somewhere else not a big deal... But instead I decided to wait, and wait, and wait until I just about snapped... This woman completely ignored me, took the next 5-6 new customers that walked in and left me sitting there like a lost puppy... Never again will I step foot in this place... I give this place five stars, however I must note that I have only gotten brow waxings here. This is one of the few places I trust to get my brows done. It is a very small space and can get packed on weekends, so I advise to come during the week, and call ahead for either Ti or Sarah who both do clean and stylish brows. NO NO NO NO NO!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I've gone there a few times and had reasonable results (Tweezers are used a lot more than actual wax). THEN I went and she LITERALLY tweezed out half of my left eyebrow. Tweezed out close to half of my right eyebrow, but not quite... Completely uneven, and looking completely ridiculous, one look at my eyebrows, and I was almost in tears. I told her I didn't like it, and she proceeded to take a pencil and darken the little bit of eyebrow I had left, and told me not to look so close... I finally took the pencil from her to fill in enough that I didn't look ridiculous from a far. Seeing I was still very upset, she apologized saying she just "wasn't thinking" and that she would fix it when I came back in 3 weeks, as she was walking me out to the front... where she proceeded to charge me!!! BTW, upon closer inspection of my botched up eyebrows, there is still a fair amount of work she just didn't do, both above and below my actual eyebrow. Very good option for those looking for mother's day gifts, birthday presents, etc. Ti Spa is located right in Fairlane Mall and is a convenient spot to send a love one. It's always simple to drop someone off (as maybe a surprise) and then walk around the mall while they are being treated. While I have only frequented here for an eyebrow wax (which was only $12), they also offer manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, skin treatments and more. You can typically get a packed deal, so that you are treating someone for a hour of service. The prices are fairly reasonable and the staff is gentle and friendly. read more

I would give this place 0 stars but I gave a two star rating only because of Shana. I've been coming here since 2008 for eyebrow waxing only and have been committed to Shana. In my opinion she's the best in Ti Spa for eyebrow waxing. She works on Friday and Saturday and always has customers waiting for her because she's that good. A couple of weeks ago, I needed a fill in and since I was already at Fairlane I decided to try them out and regretted it ever since. The staff has horrible customer service! Remind you, this does NOT include Shana. She's always pleasant and warm and shows how much she appreciates her customers. I went to one of the older ladies there and she was not nice at all. As she was filing my nails, I asked her if she could file them down a little more so they could be shorter and natural looking and she said fine. A fill in there cost $16. After she completed, she said my total was $19 because filing nails down is considered "nail repair" and that's 3 dollars! I don't understand how she considered that a nail repair when she didn't have to replace any of my nails. I was also disappointed when she finished and and my nails were slanted and really square! She did not listen to me when I explained that I don't like my nails too square. When she was done, she got up from the table without saying "Thank You" or anything. At first I didn't even realize she was done. My sister was there as well getting a fill in and there's a man there, bald head and seems like the owner, who is also VERY RUDE! He cut my sisters fingers up so bad! Had her bleeding! All he said was "oh sorry" and kept speeding through the process. I don't understand why they rush! My sisters nails looked horrible as well! I got a couple of cuts but not as bad as my sisters who had to make sure she put antibacterial cream on her cuts. I told myself then I will NEVER go back there for nails. Last week, I went to see Shana again for eyebrows and she wasn't in. The bald head man who I think is the owner, got really upset with me because I didn't want to go to someone else. I don't go to anyone for my eyebrows because I don't trust everyone techniques and don't want to end up with hairless eyebrows. He continued to try to convince me to go to someone else telling me just tell them how I want it but I had a bad experience and was left with almost no eyebrows so once I found Shana, I told myself I will not go to anyone else and I haven't. When I said "no it's ok, I'll come back" he yelled "Fine wait for Shana then! Come back when she's here"! And customers were there and was looking. I think he got upset when a customer agreed with me that once you find a good person to arch eyebrows then stick with them. I was highly offended! I would not recommend this place for any services besides eyebrows from SHANA. I wish she would move into another salon so I won't have to deal with them at all.
