Last time i came the woman doing my eyebrows suggested i do a lash lift and tint. I made an appt for a later date to do so. It is absolutely horrendous. They are now fried and over processed. I have naturally long eye lashes. They look about half the length and are bent at like a 90° angle at my lash line then curl into my eye lid and my right side are bent sideways. Some of my lower lashes also got solution on them and look ridiculous and curled up. During the process i explained the perming solution was getting on my eye lid and she was pretty much gas lighting me telling me that wasn't possible because nothing was there. My eye lid is now scabbed because there was in fact solution there burning my skin. When it was over i immediately asked why my eyelashes looked this way in which i was told it was because they were wet and when they dried it would look better. They did not and i called up there to complain and ask for my money back. I was told because my eye lashes are so thick and heavy that's why that happened and to wait a week and she would try to fix them. I explained no one would be putting any more chemicals on my eye lashes there again and demanded a refund. She called back to tell me my full refund has been processed. Now here i am 3 and a half weeks later and they are no better. I also had to spend money on a solution to try to rehydrate my lashes from another lash tech and my eyelashes are falling out daily. I'm so embarrassed of how i look now. DO NOT DO A LASH LIFT HERE!!!!

She never apologized or took accountability for doing such a half ass job. It took her another 30min to fix it. This is the most I've ever paid for a wax, and I've received waxes in many big cities. They also make you pay a deposit and sign so much paperwork so you can't get your money back even if you call 5min after booking. So to pay more than I ever have for the worst wax job I've received on top of her not even taking accountability the next morning that I had to drive back right before my flight for her to do the job was infuriating. Good thing I don't live here and can just go home and go to my regular salon for half the price and does the job thoroughly. If you live in Dearborn don't bother coming here.

Then, 3 days before my wedding, and almost 1 hour into an extremely painful and uncomfortable session, she suddenly told me to get up and leave because my eyes were watering too much. I was literally crying on my way out of the door, with partial straggler lashes barely hanging onto sparse glue like some kind of deranged spider. IN ADDITION, she had to reschedule my appointment the DAY OF only 3 hours before our appointment, and yet when I tried to reschedule she said that would be impossible and I would lose my deposit. IN ADDITION, they do not carry the very basic cat-eye, L-shape lashes that I had read in countless articles are recommended for hooded eyes. They only carry very limited types and do not accommodate for any others. IN ADDITION, their customer portal system is constantly down and internet is spotty, so that they could not access my medical forms and important information, and kept asking me to re-fill out items, even though I'd already submitted it. IN ADDITION, parking is horrible in that area so access to the storefront is extremely inconvenient. IN ADDITION, they played only trashy country music so I felt overall like I was in hell the whole time. IN ADDITION, I still haven't received my deposit back or any communication that it is coming. They do not deserve to be in business.
