Last time i came the woman doing my eyebrows suggested i do a lash lift and tint. I made an appt for a later date to do so. It is absolutely horrendous. They are now fried and over processed. I have naturally long eye lashes. They look about half the length and are bent at like a 90° angle at my lash line then curl into my eye lid and my right side are bent sideways. Some of my lower lashes also got solution on them and look ridiculous and curled up. During the process i explained the perming solution was getting on my eye lid and she was pretty much gas lighting me telling me that wasn't possible because nothing was there. My eye lid is now scabbed because there was in fact solution there burning my skin. When it was over i immediately asked why my eyelashes looked this way in which i was told it was because they were wet and when they dried it would look better. They did not and i called up there to complain and ask for my money back. I was told because my eye lashes are so thick and heavy that's why that happened and to wait a week and she would try to fix them. I explained no one would be putting any more chemicals on my eye lashes there again and demanded a refund. She called back to tell me my full refund has been processed. Now here i am 3 and a half weeks later and they are no better. I also had to spend money on a solution to try to rehydrate my lashes from another lash tech and my eyelashes are falling out daily. I'm so embarrassed of how i look now. DO NOT DO A LASH LIFT HERE!!!!

Usually people quit on my feet after a minute because I'm too ticklish but she just held on and went for it. They're baby soft. My hair was yellow. It was horrible. Orange and yellow streaky disaster. I mentioned toner and she told me that'd be an additional cost!! I have never heard of toner being an additional cost for any color service. I paid over $300 that day for basically just a terrible bleach job and a very greasy blowout. I couldn't stand looking at me hair so I went back a couple days later and complained to the owner who was supposed to do my hair and she said that the same girl could just tone it for me. She left the toner on my hair while i was sitting in the sink for 45 minutes.... I was extremely uncomfortable and every time I looked at her she would tell me a few more minutes but she was just running around doing nothing. She finally rinsed me and my hair was I shit u not just right back to my original color BROWN. It was the worst waste of time. I told the owner who had the biggest attitude atp that this is nothing like I wanted. Her response was "it'll fade out". Yea not to what I wanted it to look like??! Then after saying this toner would be complimentary since the booking mistake and the stylists mistake they proceeded to charge me $75 for TONER ALONE. As I was speaking to my stylist the owner and 3-4 OTHER stylist came up to the desk area to tell me I had to pay and that my hair was my fault?? Horrible staff, they don't care about what you want done they just want to get paid. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else!

I was super nervous since it's permanent but I trusted her work and skill and I'm so glad I did. I got nano combination brows, meaning a natural look, hair like strokes in the front and gentle shading at the tail, all using a handheld tattoo machine. My skin is super oily so microblading would not have worked, it would have looked smeared and not lasted nearly as long. I wanted them full but not obvious. I have very little natural brow hair so I was so scared of how it would end up looking. She did a fantastic job! It did hurt at the beginning but after the numbing solution started working it was a breeze. You get the brows done, then have a touch up in 4-8 weeks to fill in anything that didn't heal perfectly. You have to follow their instruction sheet to get the results you want, but it's super easy. The salon, Nady B's was bright and beautiful, but a bit crowded together and loud. I do wish there were private rooms or partitions, so you weren't getting serviced in the middle of a busy room, especially since the service is $350+, which includes a touch up. I would recommend anyone get their brows( or amazing henna, she is truly an artist!) done by Noor. She was wonderful and I am very, very happy with these awesome brows that look so perfect.
