Overall opinion: Professional, efficient, clean, reasonably priced. I've been going to Mackenzie at The Lash Station for lash extensions since May 2021. Before her, I had no idea lash extensions could be comfortable! The glue and lashes that she uses don't irritate or burn at all; which is what I used to experience. Mackenzie is very professional and her work is impeccable. I generally get fills every 2 weeks but I could go 3 weeks. The shop is nice. I love the private rooms with the reclining chairs as opposed to a table. Much more comfortable! They make it very easy to schedule appointments; I generally schedule with the receptionist as I am paying. But if I have to reschedule, you can do so in their app and it's no frills. I love it. My appointments are generally 45-60 minutes and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment to start. read more

I've had lash extensions from several places for years. I used to frequent the two large national chain lash places but they left much to be desired. There was constant changing of glue, turnover of lash artists and inconsistent results. Often I ended up with irritation, quickly lost lashes that needed weekly fills or both. I was almost totally fed up and ready to give up when I found Lash Station. It is clear that MacKenzie and Alex really and truly understand lashing on a much deeper level than I've seen in Michigan. The artistry and skill is just obvious from the first time you get your lashes done. They use outstanding glue with which I never have issues, despite chronic dry eye. And the technique is so good that I will often go a full week without even noticing one single lash has fallen out. It makes it easy to space out my fills. And they look gorgeous. I go with a hybrid of classic and dramatic. Add to that, the staff is all really professional, easy to talk to and the place has great ambiance. You can tell that two technically skilled and passionate women run this business. It has heart and they clearly love what they do. Best extensions in Metro-Detroit for sure! read more

I always receive excellent service & lashes from here! I moved out of state so I always make time to get my lashes filled here when I'm back home. They last much longer than the other places I have tried. I got them done before I left for an 11 day cruise and I'm in shock after sea water, spa steam room 3 times a day, and pool swimming that my lashes lasted phenomenally (I wouldn't have expected any lashes to endure that)! read more

I have so many wonderful things to say about the Lash Station. I am currently an Esthetician student but my dreams is to do lashing. I am learning about the industry so I decided to try some places out to experience how it works & what's the best way to go about this service as an employee & a client. My journey had led me to a corporate lash salon to get my fills regularly. I started to realize that I was leaving with less & less eyelashes. & they were falling out so quickly. I also felt trapped by their membership & learned about the way they teach & pay their employees and was so very disappointed. Their services were more about the quantity of clients instead of the quality of the art. I stumbled upon the Lash Station made my appt. First off all most lash places will not work over other peoples work which there are some fairly good reasons why that is. This place will. I didn't want to have to pay another huge chunk of money to have them removed just to have to pay more to have them Redone. I appreciate they take on the challenge of restoring the look & getting you set on the right track. That in itself shows their compassion for quality. I had a classic fill done today & they look better than the hybrid fills I was receiving at the lash lounge. This location is moving to another suit but I walked in today and loved how clean & nicely decorated it was. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet & accommodating. In the chair I was comfortable. Alex was wonderful to gush & gab to. She listened and answered my questions. She was professional & the atmosphere was positive. Lashes became sparse within a week on all 3 appointments. I spent over $300 on my 3 appointments. Customer service was poor. I had to reschedule my appointment after I arrived at the lash station, because they put another customer ahead of my appointment. I get lash extensions regularly where I attend college- they last great and are less expensive and don't cancel appointments without any warning. read more
