I was in town visiting my mom and needed a Brazilian and leg wax before heading back home. They got…read moreme in and the person (Leine?) was very sweet but was behind and clearly rushed my leg wax because once I came home I saw she had missed huge patches all over my legs. I normally review their work before leaving but she was 20min late to her next appt so just left. When I realized it I called and because a credit would be no use to me as a nonresident of the area I had to come in right before my flight to have her fix it. She never apologized or took accountability for doing such a half ass job. It took her another 30min to fix it. This is the most I've ever paid for a wax, and I've received waxes in many big cities. They also make you pay a deposit and sign so much paperwork so you can't get your money back even if you call 5min after booking. So to pay more than I ever have for the worst wax job I've received on top of her not even taking accountability the next morning that I had to drive back right before my flight for her to do the job was infuriating. Good thing I don't live here and can just go home and go to my regular salon for half the price and does the job thoroughly. If you live in Dearborn don't bother coming here.

RUINED MY LASHES RIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING - In spite of going in a week prior for a patch test of…read morelash extensions, and bringing up concerns more than 4 times via text and in person that my eyes were watering a lot and lashes were falling out, Yasmin dismissed all of that a told me it would be fine. Then, 3 days before my wedding, and almost 1 hour into an extremely painful and uncomfortable session, she suddenly told me to get up and leave because my eyes were watering too much. I was literally crying on my way out of the door, with partial straggler lashes barely hanging onto sparse glue like some kind of deranged spider. IN ADDITION, she had to reschedule my appointment the DAY OF only 3 hours before our appointment, and yet when I tried to reschedule she said that would be impossible and I would lose my deposit. IN ADDITION, they do not carry the very basic cat-eye, L-shape lashes that I had read in countless articles are recommended for hooded eyes. They only carry very limited types and do not accommodate for any others. IN ADDITION, their customer portal system is constantly down and internet is spotty, so that they could not access my medical forms and important information, and kept asking me to re-fill out items, even though I'd already submitted it. IN ADDITION, parking is horrible in that area so access to the storefront is extremely inconvenient. IN ADDITION, they played only trashy country music so I felt overall like I was in hell the whole time. IN ADDITION, I still haven't received my deposit back or any communication that it is coming. They do not deserve to be in business.

Zahra is amazing at what she does. I have done three sessions with her, and each one was customized…read morebased on what my body needed. From the first session, she paid close attention to the areas where I was holding the most tension. My shoulders were very tight, so she focused on that, and she also included facial massage because my face was looking and feeling very tired. She continued working on my shoulders in the following sessions while also treating my whole body. In addition to the lymphatic drainage massage, she used dry cupping, other helpful devices, and even included a scalp massage. I always leave feeling lighter, more energetic, and deeply refreshed. So much of the tension I had been carrying is gone. I highly recommend Zahra to anyone looking for someone who is skilled, attentive, and truly personalizes each session to your needs

We discussed my skin concerns and she tailored the facial to target said concerns. She gave me such a deep clean I honestly feel and look like a different person. She was so sweet, personable, and extremely professional/ knowledgeable. The facial I selected included extractions, face/neck massage, scalp massage with an oil, calming face mask, and a brief back massage. I already booked my next appointment. You will not regret coming here!

I am SO picky when it comes to my nails. *Knock on wood* I have yet to have a bad experience here…read more I've had both Leo and Ann do my nails, and they've killed it every time. I typically ask for them to keep my nails long, oval shape and I mix OPI colors 214 and 2 for the perfect shade of pinkish nude. I had Leo do a nail design (yin yang) and he copied the picture perfectly. The pricing isn't too bad either. Coming from LA, it's pretty average. I typically pay around $30 for a pedicure and depending on what I do with my nails anywhere from $35-$70. This particular time I did gel powder, shellac and a nail design. I did 4 stars instead of 5 because although I like my nails, the service could be a little better. Sometimes it's difficult to communicate to the nail technicians and they don't always take criticism well. I also hate the fact that there is still a charge for credit cards. It is more rare to use cash these days, so I'm not sure why this is still a thing. They did start accepting Venmo for tips, so that's helpful. They also do NOT accept American Express, which is frustrating. With regards to Covid - they are clean and have taken all the necessary precautions. I feel very safe here.

Last time I went I got a pedicure and manicure and was about $90. Within a week, my polish was coming off and my nails were breaking and this was with gel nails, or acrylic nails...I get confused on the difference. When I went back to complain, they would do nothing. They said it was too late to redo them at no cost. Normally my nails last about 4 weeks. I told them I would not be back.
