I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice. Sam is doing hydration facial and glycolic peel for my face and décolletage for $200. The hydration facial is $150 and $50 for the glycolic peel for the face and décolletage. Toner between facial cleanse, glycolic chemical peel, massage, hot stone, enzyme, face mask (in the packet). Face feels clean. The toner burns the eyes a bit. The glycolic chemical peel only tingled a bit on my chest. Didn't feel any tingling on my face at all. Sam is nice, she was able to fit me in last minute. She had to tend to customers in between, but she made sure I was okay. Calming music in the background during my facial. My face feels really nice and clean. The massage was the best part for me. It's a bit expensive, but the facial and massage was good. My husband was sniffing me when I met up with him after my appointment, he said he could smell the mothballs on my coat and everywhere. The mothball smell was bad. The mothball smell wouldn't come out of my winter coat, my white alpaca sweater or my jeans or hair at all. Plan to shower and wash everything or dry clean afterwards. :/

So far, I've seen Jan, Tracy, and one of the Katies (there are two there), and they are all fantastic. The personalized care they offer is top-notch. I've had laser treatments for hair removal and to prep for surgery, and the results are amazing. Jan's expertise with different lasers is impressive and completely painless. She does tattoo removal as well, and she skillfully removed a blowout on one of my tattoos while keeping the tattoo intact. I'm also getting a fresh surgical scar lasered off and some RF microneedling on it. The scar has gone from red to pink to white, and I can't wait for it to be gone soon. The results are unbelievably, but you have to wait 5 weeks between treatments. The spa offers a variety of treatments, I do try to experience something new every visit till I try all her beauty machines. I especially love the pod - it's a must-try! I also had a foot ionizing treatment that worked wonders for post-surgery edema on the top of my feet. I try and get them both with every treatment if they are available Jan even hosts karaoke parties once a month on the weekend, and I can't wait for the upcoming karaoke Botox party she's planning.
