I was in town visiting my mom and needed a Brazilian and leg wax before heading back home. They got me in and the person (Leine?) was very sweet but was behind and clearly rushed my leg wax because once I came home I saw she had missed huge patches all over my legs. I normally review their work before leaving but she was 20min late to her next appt so just left. When I realized it I called and because a credit would be no use to me as a nonresident of the area I had to come in right before my flight to have her fix it. She never apologized or took accountability for doing such a half ass job. It took her another 30min to fix it. This is the most I've ever paid for a wax, and I've received waxes in many big cities. They also make you pay a deposit and sign so much paperwork so you can't get your money back even if you call 5min after booking. So to pay more than I ever have for the worst wax job I've received on top of her not even taking accountability the next morning that I had to drive back right before my flight for her to do the job was infuriating. Good thing I don't live here and can just go home and go to my regular salon for half the price and does the job thoroughly. If you live in Dearborn don't bother coming here. read more

RUINED MY LASHES RIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING - In spite of going in a week prior for a patch test of lash extensions, and bringing up concerns more than 4 times via text and in person that my eyes were watering a lot and lashes were falling out, Yasmin dismissed all of that a told me it would be fine. Then, 3 days before my wedding, and almost 1 hour into an extremely painful and uncomfortable session, she suddenly told me to get up and leave because my eyes were watering too much. I was literally crying on my way out of the door, with partial straggler lashes barely hanging onto sparse glue like some kind of deranged spider. IN ADDITION, she had to reschedule my appointment the DAY OF only 3 hours before our appointment, and yet when I tried to reschedule she said that would be impossible and I would lose my deposit. IN ADDITION, they do not carry the very basic cat-eye, L-shape lashes that I had read in countless articles are recommended for hooded eyes. They only carry very limited types and do not accommodate for any others. IN ADDITION, their customer portal system is constantly down and internet is spotty, so that they could not access my medical forms and important information, and kept asking me to re-fill out items, even though I'd already submitted it. IN ADDITION, parking is horrible in that area so access to the storefront is extremely inconvenient. IN ADDITION, they played only trashy country music so I felt overall like I was in hell the whole time. IN ADDITION, I still haven't received my deposit back or any communication that it is coming. Went there to get hybrid lashes for my birthday. When I got home I realized they were droopy, uneven, and had big gaps between them. They looked wonky, janky and fake. Not the look I was going for. As I tried to comb them back together, clusters and clusters fell out, one after another. Due to my intense work schedule [12 hour days], I do not have the time to get them fixed "within 48 hours," therefore, I asked the owner for a refund in order to get them corrected at a salon that could get me in before my birthday celebration. Her response, "Sorry, NO refunds." Not cool to keep my money for shoddy work. AT least refund my hard earned cash so I can get them redone before my bday celebration. Too late now. Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY there, go to a salon that STANDS behind their artists and services so their clients are happy. As I am cleary NOT. I just found this place, got hydrofacial, IV drip and some more procedures. I didn't have my hopes up, because ever since I moved to MI I've been disappointed with all beauty services. But let me tell you this place is amazing and these ladies for sure know what are they doing. Every step you know what is done to you and what are they using on you. Super professional,helpful and relaxing, especially when you feel you're in good hands. Very very pleased! I am going to try some more procedures here and update the review :) read more

I have been going there for a few years for hybrid lashes and my most recent experience which was a few months ago this year was HORRIBLE. The glue used was burning my eyes for 2 hours straight for the whole duration of application. The eye burning later turned into pain in my nostrils that continued to burn from inhaling the chemicals for another 4 hours. I was so upset I thought i would have to go to the ER, however after constant icing my eyes and trying to breathe through my mouth instead of my burning nose it went away. In addition i did not like how unevenly full my eyes were during the 2 hours of torture and I was told come back tomorrow b/c they are busy and was still obviously charged the full amount $$$. They need to get better techs b/c i wouldnt go back for this service there anymore. However on other services i cannot judge it may be a better experience. read more

I was called about 30 minutes before my appointment at 7pm and was asked "hey you can come on in". I was like, "sure". And I arrived at 7:03pm. As soon as I came in the front person checked me out, locked the front door and clocked out. I waited for 25 minutes until my scheduled appointment. This was so disrespectful. I was brought in so she could check out. They shouldn't have called me in earlier if they were not ready. ---Edit * I talked to the person who was doing the service and she was fantastic. I became a regular customer at this establishment for months, getting my eyelashes done every two weeks. This place requires a debit card to put half the amount of your service down on before you get the service. If you don't cancel within 24 hours, then you don't get your money back. I canceled on the morning of the last bad snow day. I didn't know it was going to snow and when I woke up and saw the snow, I called and told them that I wouldn't be able to come, due to the snow and if I can reschedule and not have my money taken due to canceling because of the weather. The girl put me on hold for awhile and came back and said that they would not give me my money back. I then told her I would not be coming back there ever again for not being more considerate of a regular client not wanting to drive in bad weather conditions. To not be more understanding for a regular client is not good customer service. I was told the manager would call me back and she never did. read more

Update for details. I had been going to Nasreen who is the owners daughter for about 6 months for lash extensions. My first appt was 2 hours and when I asked for a bathroom break she let me know it would come out of my time. Everything came out of my time but she started my appointment late and has stepped out or someone had some into the area to speak to her and I've never once been given that time back. I had been asking for colored lashes since November, I thought it would be fun for new year and asked multiple times. I was so excited at my last appointment when she told me they were willing to try but if need to buy my own lashes. She said she would send me the link and I asked for it multiple times. I told her I wanted pink, purple or blue to switch things up and for some reason she decided she would order purple and white. I'm still excited and looking forward to something new but ended up running 10 minutes late to my appointment. I texted nasreen and let her know and of course told me it would come out of my time... I rushed to get there asap and had to wait for her to come out and she told me that only the purple came in and asked if I wanted to see them. We spoke about placing the colored lashes on the end. After she prepped my lashes and my eyes were tapped shut that was when she told me there was going to be an extra charge for the lashes which I expected at some point. Definitely not at my first appointment when I had one color choice and she has 0 experience trying this. She wanted a picture and I told her I needed to see them first. At first glance I was so dissatisfied, she color blocked my lashes. There was no blending. I have mostly black lashes and then a couple pieces of purple on either side. She asked how I liked it and I shook my head no since I was shocked. She told me next time I can bring in a picture. This was the first time I left without scheduling my refill. I was visibly upset. I sent nasreen a message the next morning and called the salon to speak with someone as soon as they opened but didn't start getting calls back until I left a 1 star review. The managers message let me know she was specifically calling about my review. They offered me a different lash tech and a $10 credit, and the manager needed to speak to the owner to offer that. I told her I would need to think about going back as it was the owner s daughter that was treated me that way. She brought up the review again making it clear that was the only reason they were calling so I wanted to update my review for details of my interactions that led to a poor review. read more

I got lip fillers today for the first time and Farrah made me feel very comfortable and informed. I also got dysport/botox in my forehead and around my eyes. Originally I only went in for lip fillers, but I had been thinking about botox for awhile. After talking to Farrah I decided to go for it because with my wedding in several months it's the perfect time to try it out and with how easy she made the experience I knew I would regret not trying it. I originally only scheduled a filler appointment, when I got there I asked if they had any facial appointments open. They were able to book me a facial without any issues. During both my facial and filler appointment, Jessica and Alex very friendly, comforting, and educational. Bedside manner and patient education . They both cared about if I understood what was happening to me and how I should expect to look and heal afterwards. They also helped me understand that in order for these procedures to be 100% effective, I have to do my part at home (good diet, proper skin care). They also consistently asked if I was in pain. Both procedures were painless, and I've been to other places/people for both. They both took they're time with me, I never felt rushed. I was extremely happy with my end result. I feel like the membership they offer is a great deal, because I do fake tan and it's hard to do at home by yourself. Basically $25 a month for two free spray tans, cheaper Botox, skin treatments, etc. The spray tans are around $40 each originally, done by hand and not machine. Other machine spray tans in the area are around $25-45 each. The store is cute, clean. Rooms are private. My mom recommended this place to me, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any of the procedures they offer. read more
