I have been consistently coming here for awhile for eye brow threading and i am always really happy with that service. Last time i came the woman doing my eyebrows suggested i do a lash lift and tint. I made an appt for a later date to do so. It is absolutely horrendous. They are now fried and over processed. I have naturally long eye lashes. They look about half the length and are bent at like a 90° angle at my lash line then curl into my eye lid and my right side are bent sideways. Some of my lower lashes also got solution on them and look ridiculous and curled up. During the process i explained the perming solution was getting on my eye lid and she was pretty much gas lighting me telling me that wasn't possible because nothing was there. My eye lid is now scabbed because there was in fact solution there burning my skin. When it was over i immediately asked why my eyelashes looked this way in which i was told it was because they were wet and when they dried it would look better. They did not and i called up there to complain and ask for my money back. I was told because my eye lashes are so thick and heavy that's why that happened and to wait a week and she would try to fix them. I explained no one would be putting any more chemicals on my eye lashes there again and demanded a refund. She called back to tell me my full refund has been processed. Now here i am 3 and a half weeks later and they are no better. I also had to spend money on a solution to try to rehydrate my lashes from another lash tech and my eyelashes are falling out daily. I'm so embarrassed of how i look now. DO NOT DO A LASH LIFT HERE!!!! read more

Raji did a HORRIBLE job on my brows. Not only did she thin them out extremely, but she also botched them. They're so far from the shape I originally went in with. Other girls I've went to are good at this location but Raji is so bad and I'm so heartbroken with how she left my brows. EXTREMELY dissatisfied. read more

Came here to get a Brazilian wax about two months ago. This is my second time ever getting this done. The lady was nice, but the process was painful and I saw beads of blood where the hair was removed. Maybe that's normal, maybe its not. They are super rude, mainly the younger one. They did a decent job on my daughter's brows. But I didn't like the unfriendly exchange. Nor the lack of proper sanitation. No wiping of the seat. I would give 0 if i could! I cant talk about everyone who works there but the one I got shouldn't be working there!! I asked to keep eyebrows as they were thick just clean them....well she cleaned the eyebrows alright! She made them thinner and shorten it out... and for tinting her eye symmetry compared to my 4 year old his is better! After asking her to clean shape up three times she still didn't make them right and over all coming out with uneven eyebrows I came with a black dot on my face! I had been growing my eyebrows out for a few months and needed to have them done. I had read the reviews on this place so i figured I'd give them a try. BAD DECISION. I was trying to explain that to the woman and let her know I wanted to keep them thick before I could finish telling her that she rudely cut me off saying I know. She proceeded to do my eyebrows and literally two minutes later tells me she's done. I look in the mirror and it looked like my eyebrows hadn't even been done! I could have used tweezers and did what she did! She removed like 4 hairs off each eyebrow. I told her I want just a little taken off to give them shape and she tells me she would have to make them pencil thin if she did because how they grew in longer in certain parts. I've gone to places when I've had terrible butchered up eyebrows and they still were able to have them looking full and even. She clearly wasn't that experienced and needs more training. I paid to look exactly the same as I did when I walked in. I went to Dream eyebrow threading in Southfield right after. I told the woman working I just had them done and she asked was it 2 weeks ago. She was very friendly and did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them to look. It's a longer drive but definitely worth it. I never leave reviews but this place was absolutely terrible. read more
