Was told by the girl at the drive thru pharmacy they were out of Tylenol 325 mg. tablets, gave me their Walgreen's brand of pain reliever 500 mg. instead. Got home, called the pharmacy back to find out they DID have the Tylenol 325 mg. in stock, also saw where I could check stock online where it stated was in stock. This is not the first time girl at drive thru gave me wrong information, they apparently need more training to do their job accurately. Terrible store! They have messed up so many of my mom's prescriptions-charged me for a delivery of a script that wasn't there-never was refunded. Spent hours on the phone talking to people who had no clue how to help me and tried desperately to reach a real pharmacist-no luck. Will never return. They used to have good service-not sure what happened. read more

Terrible customer service from the rude manager pharmacist day shift on 9/16/25. No one greets, no one acknowledges customers. Under staffed, appointments are not honored and they do not care one bit. If I could give Marcel 10 stars I would. that's the only pharmacy member that is polite and that Is dedicated to his job. We have been Walgreens customers for many years. Recently we urgently needed Covid medicine and they had to transfer our prescription to this branch. They proceeded to totally screw it up and we missed the window for effectiveness. read more

Terrible !!! They don't answer the phone they leave you on hold for hours and then they hang up the phone. They tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time and they lie about that and then when you go back, they tell you we don't have the medication in stock for over a month, the drive thru line wait is roughly 30 min. came back and forth very pathetic very unprofessional. All the staff lies! Spoke with Mona and she is worst liar of all. Reading previous reviews, doesn't surprise me. They always been crappy service. They don't know how to run a professional Walgreens pharmacy. This sickens me ! A customer in front of me told Mona that she reported them to corporate , and she seemed careless. I went there the other day and this was the third time it happened my elderly mother purchases items sometimes and realizes she has dubbles when she gets home I want to go return them for her and they give me such a hard time to the point where she accused me of stealing them it's the morning shift the older lady I think her name is Alyssa and I think there's an Ashley there's a windy and there's one lady that works there she looks like a guy they all work the morning shift and she literally mumbled accusing me of the items not being my mom's it's none of her business anyways she needs to go lose weight and the old lady needs to get off her drugs and she'll be okay horrible Place garbage read more

This is by far the best convenience drug store location for me going through town, and I do try my very best to avoid this unless I absolutely have to. First off let me start off by the red box that is located near the entrance, there is always an employee that works at Walgreens, she hides behind the big movie box and smokes. But she's not smoking like she's on a 10 min break, she goes through at least the half the pack. It's horrible to stand there as you're trying to choose a movie , you have this lady puffin and hacking away, so yes I finally decided to tell her to move, go in the pharmacy drive-thru! Prices are somewhat pricey, but that's the price you have to pay to avoid the bigger crazier stores and drive a little more to get there. As for the customer service, it's been getting a lot better, but I still don't know if this old smoking lady works there or was given a shirt because they felt sorry. Either way, don't be afraid to tell her to relocate if she's turned the red box to a smoking lounge, and she's a little frisky, so be prepared to get a little piece of her mind. Just left store. Saw so many customers not wearing a mask, including the young man who checked me out. Really thought that as a pharmacy they would try a little harder to be concerned about compliance. Will need to do drive through and pick up non pharmacy goods somewhere else. Sad. read more

Walgreens is a drug store chain, and this Dearborn Heights store is conveniently located on the corner of Ford Rd and Beech Daly. It is a fairly new store. I believed it opened within the past year or two. I've found it's very convenient to have a drug store nearby for quick trips like when we run out of milk or I need a spare memory card for the camera. The store is clean and items are organized in a way that it is easy to find what you are looking for. The store has all the essential drug store items: cosmetics, toiletries, cleaning products, some household items, office and school supplies, some grocery items, gift cards, photo memory cards & film, photo developing & processing and a pharmacy for prescription medications. The cashiers are friendly and helpful, and there is pleny of parking available in the store's parking lot. read more

my concern with this particular store is with the pharmacy. I recently had my prescription plan change to where I now have to get my scripts through another company by mail. Walgreens absolutely did not want to transfer my scripts over and made the transition absolutely horrible. I'm sure they figure since I wasnt able to use them anymore, why bother. I ended up having to get a hold of my doctor and start all my perscriptions and refills over again. Now not only would I never use their pharmacy but I wont shop in there stores for any other merchandise either. read more

Terrible pharmacy staff and store manager. Mona, Rovena, Sally and Wendy are so rude and dishonest. Mona, Rovena and Sally intentionally delayed my medication 4 times in a row. The fifth time, Mona the pharmacy manager told me on the 14th of January 2021 that she already filled my medication and it will be ready for me to come pick it up without the previous intentional delays. However, when I went to the pharmacy to pick it up as she promised, they told me it's out of stock! Mona lied to me multiple times and keeps delaying my medications. I complained to Wendy, the store manager but she was so rude, rolling her eyes and did nothing. I was happy and honored that I took my 5 complaints to the state of Michigan department of health, the Bureau of Community and Health Systems, Walgreens corporate office and the district manager herself. Mona, Rovena, Sally and Wendy lack honesty, integrity and professionalism. Also, Mona keeps asking me not to complain because it harms her score and the pharmacy score but she doesn't want to fix her lies and delays! read more

This whole store's service is lousy, even for Walgreens. My last visit was thru the drive through pharmacy, and the pharmacy assistant was plain bitc*y. I don't think that she was just having a bad day, neither. The cashiers at the main counters always do something that lowers the quality with their unwelcoming manner, and professionalism, and so does the photo center. Since it is the closest Walgreens to me, I used to go to it most often, but not anymore. I'm taking the 1/2 mile drive down to visit a different Walgreen location for at least half way decent service. read more

We needed some cold medicine and this store was on the way home. While in there I remembered we need milk so I picked some up. Got up the next morning and fixed my cereal. Took a big bite and gagged. The milk was sour. I should have checked the expiration date when I bought it. It was 5 days past it. I threw all the rest of it out. Don't buy food there without checking the expiration date!!! read more
