However, one item in particular was very different from the rest: the beef bulgogi long sub sandwich. I knew it was on the menu for a reason and had to try it. The sandwich was big and loaded with juicy, tender marinated beef. A few other friends had the classic breakfast and the cafe sandwich, and both enjoyed their choice. The taste and value of the food alone already deserves 5 stars, but the kind, heartwarming hospitality of the service simply made our day.

There were two ladies and they were providing great services to all the tables and checking in as well. For drink we shared the matcha latte. There is a salty creme that work really well. The salad had a great dressing and some grapes - it work nicely to contrast the cauli Benny. Every bit of that one was delicious to my bf who doesn't really care about food tbh. My chicken croffle was great but it was also way too much food. I think the size is overly generous I was unable to finish. The croffle itself was so nice and light working well with the fried chicken. Also really impressed by the orangeness of the fried egg. Overall we really glad to have try out this spot. Small , cozy but doesn't skim on the taste. Would recommend.

It's a small space so there isn't a ton of seating so may avoid coming here with a large party. For a party of four we got there at 11:30 and it was about an hour and 10 min wait for seating. There is a few other breakfast shops and cafes in the nearby area. We finally got seating and the food took about 10-15 mins to come out. I ordered a matcha latte and matcha pancakes as I was having a bit of craving. The matcha latte was fantastic. There is a salted sea foam provided and i thought that was truly lovely. Will definitely recommend for anyone. The matcha pancakes were also top tier in my opinion. They are quite filling and heavy but they are delightful. Not too sweet and overall a great filling brunch. My friends also truly loved their meals and we all had a great time. The biggest knock on this place is the wait time so would keep that in mind especially if you come here at a prime time hour. Meal wise the food and drinks are fantastic, and the matcha is well done.

To be honest, the omurice was one of the best ones I've ever had. It was so flavorful and when you cut into it, it has the perfect texture to it. If you like soft-shelled crabs, there were a lot of dishes with it. Since it was still breakfast time, I wanted to go for the eggs Benedict with the soft-shelled crab. Service here was fantastic! Our server was very friendly and checked up on us often. I absolutely loved the vibes of this restaurant.

Kris had the Fried Crab Meat Scramble. Linda had the Brou-ssam. And I had the Mushroom and Truffle Festival. All were exceptionally good (we agreed) and very unique. One interesting feature was the cook's ability to custom-cook the scrambled eggs accompanying the dishes. You had a choice of soft, medium or hard. We all went for soft, and the cook's skill was evident. I can't recommend this delightful little restaurant highly enough. The food was superb, service was perfect, coffee was excellent, and the price was perfectly fine. The best thing about food halls like First Street is that you don't have to get a bunch of people to agree on a place -- it's a choose your own adventure! In First Street, you'll find all kinds of cuisine. Pizza, burgers, Korean fried chicken, pho, Indian food, pasta, coffee, smoothies, and a bar. The selection is amazing and you're sure to find something that'll interest you. Our favorites were the pho and pizza. The pizza was a little pricey, but it was truly delicious. The bar also runs a happy hour from 4-6PM. Seating is plentiful as well. It can get a little chaotic during peak meal hours, but we never had an issue finding a table. We were shocked to find another couple sitting at our reserved table--frankly, I hadn't anticipated it would be a shared table for eight in the first place. To make matters worse, we were rushed to order and pay the bill. After that couple left, another pair were seated at our six-person table without any explanation. Our dishes arrived in two separate waves with a 10-minute gap. They also automatically added an 18% tip for parties of more than five people, which I expect at least we should have a private table. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the server, the owner came out and became confrontational and aggressive. He raised his voice, saying I could "tell him what I am not satisfied with." Then he offered a refund, which I immediately declined, and afterward snatched a package of coffee from the counter and offered it as compensation. I refused again--it felt more like an insult than a genuine apology. After we posted our reviews, the owner privately messaged my friend, asking us to remove them and citing the "small Chinese community" as a reason we should support each other. That's incredibly manipulative. Using community guilt to pressure customers into deleting honest feedback is inappropriate and only reinforces our negative experience. I will not be returning.
