AAA Appliances - My new refrigerator fits perfectly in my small kitchen!

They have a wide selection at great prices, plus excellent customer service! My kitchen is small, so I needed a smaller model, and they had them in stock. They delivered it the next day. AAA Appliances is now my go-to for appliances, and I have already recommended them to my family and friends. Sue G. C.

After searching Lowe's, Home Depot and Bray and Scarf so I had an expectation that I would spend a certain dollar amount for what I needed, and I was able to find what I needed and wanted for less that amount at AAA. I got my low profile microwave, a stove with pan storage and a built in air fryer, my counter depth French door fridge, and a dishwasher so silent I thought it wasn't working. :-) It was nice to have personalized service, which meant I was able to call back and make a last minute change once I came back home and checked some measurements, and there was no trying to figure out who I spoke with after being placed on indefinite holds. Delivery was scheduled for the following weekend, and the installation and removal was completed efficiently and with consideration for my home (and cat who wanted to be in the mix). Would definitely recommend for anyone in the DMV area, it is worth the ride if you're in need of new appliances and are over the big box store approach.

Transparency was there throughout the purchasing process in prices, installation charges, and stock availability. In particular, I appreciated receiving notice of damage to one of the machines before delivery. Now Appliance reordered the machine from the manufacturer and is prepared to deliver and install when in stock for no extra charge. The salesman, Chris, was responsive both by phone and email. He was very helpful in selecting the appliances that fit our budget. If I had my wish, the online catalog would be easier to navigate as it has no search/filter feature.

We walked in to see what they carried, it's been a while since i went appliance shopping and I almost walked out with a new washer/dryer set. Sami and his colleagues were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances. I naturally gravitated towards the newer ones with all the bells and whistles. They sell a washer/dryer in one...I knew these existed, but it was nice seeing it up front. They are having a grand opening sales and gift card rebates until the ~25th of August. One thing to note is that they do charge for the accessories, which is essentially covered by the gift card rebates and instant sales. Anyone in the market for new appliances should definitely check out this store and take advantage of the sales and gift cards. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, also shared by neighboring stores.

Absolute Negligence, Property Damage, and Zero Accountability!!! I am not one to post negative…read morereviews ever and always try to resolve any issues with the business directly. This experience has honestly been the worst experience I have had with a business so I feel I need to share with other consumers. We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Bray & Scarff and spent approximately $8,500. From the very beginning, this experience has been a nightmare. Nearly every appliance delivered was damaged, forcing us to reject multiple deliveries and wait for replacements. This alone caused weeks of disruption and frustration. The worst issue, however, was the complete incompetence of their installer. When installing our new refrigerator, the installer failed to properly connect the water line, causing an active leak that went unnoticed for 2-3 weeks. By the time we discovered it, significant damage had already occurred to our home. Bray & Scarff sent someone to inspect the damage and acknowledged the issue, stating they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier, Travelers. That is where the accountability ended. Travelers has been unresponsive, dismissive, and obstructive. Phone calls go unanswered, and we are repeatedly told to file a claim with our own homeowners insurance instead -- despite this damage being caused by Bray & Scarff's installer. This would unfairly raise our insurance premiums and shift responsibility away from the party that caused the damage. The combination of damaged products, negligent installation, property damage, and insurance runaround is unacceptable. We trusted Bray & Scarff with a major home purchase and were met with carelessness and refusal to take responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your home, your time, or your peace of mind, do not use Bray & Scarff. We are now exploring formal complaints and legal options.

A perfect example of a company that has gone way too far from its roots. Rude customer service staff. A don't care attitude. Not a results driven company. Why any appliance maker continues to work with them is beyond me. Stay far away. Far far away as in a galaxy I scheduled to have my speed Queen worked on for a minor leak repair. Only a 3 year old unit used very conservatively. That's the first issue. I was sold these machines are rock solid. But aside from that... they show up in my mind to fix it (I told them what the problem was) and the tech merely confirmed what I said myself and then said they would need to order the part. I had upcoming work travel so... of course the part took 72 hours so I scheduled with them immediately for my return between two trips. Then the morning they are due to arrive they just cancel and say they rebooked me for another week!! No backup plan. No nothing. So I call and spoke to an exceedingly unhelpful supervisor who said the tech was ill (this happens) but the had no backup got a week?!!! They sure are happy to sell appliances but not to stand behind them. I explained I had to travel again but I could do the Thursday or Friday of the week I'm traveling and they told me they could only do Wednesday. No effort to meet actual customer service. This is a joke of a company. Go to M and M appliances in DC. Or Sterling appliances. Or Costco even!! But don't go to these people. I've seen better support from a cotton ball knee brace than what this company offers. They clearly don't plan for contingencies or prioritize their service to customers via internal resource management. Zero stars if I could

I've had six service calls to service my fridge (compressor died 1yr 1 month)and it still doesn't work. Bray and scarff doesn't care and they deflect any responsibility and blame it on centricity and centricity will contract out third-party vendors who won't be able to work on your fridge anyway at least the Bosch 800. All in all shame on bray and scarff for not taking ownership of this process because they mistakenly chosed the cheapest partnership with a warranty company who do does not respect the consumer or their time. Shame on you Bray and scarff for working with a warranty company such centricity. Is there no pride or integrity in "local" businesses anymore. Parts came in after not having a washer for two weeks. He puts the parts in and still doesn't work. So now we will be waiting again for parts and hope they can fix this. Here's the problem with Bray and Scarf. Good luck with anyone picking up the phone at the service department. If they do answer they are less than helpful. I called the store several times in Sterling and asked for the manager to call me. Still has not called. They take no ownership in their products they sell. I think Bray and Scarf used to have a good reputation years ago. But that's clearly over. I will never buy anything from this company again. Sadly you get better service at the big box chains. Update: The repair technician came to my house, and the parts he brought did not fix the machine. GE advises ordering additional parts. I called Centricity, the warranty company (All warranty claims go here). They told me that Bray and Scarf have not yet sent them the request for repairs. This is 4 days later. Additionally, the technician informed us that Bray and Sacrf do not determine when they reach a decision on whether the machine is unrepairable. However, Centricity told me that it is the technician from Bray and Scarf who makes that determination. So clearly, no one wants to accept any responsibility So, I called the service department, and again, I could not get through to anyone. Waited on hold several times, then was disconnected. So I called the corporate number, and the receptionist told me that they are "checking the lines." I assume she meant there is a technical issue. However, this has been my experience over the past several weeks: no one in the service department answers the phone. Also, the manager from the Sterling VA store has not returned my call.
