There, we met Andy. Firstly he thanked us for coming in and asked what we were looking for. There we said a fridge and ideally one that has two vertical doors. He showed us an LG that had a clear window on the right side and both my mother and I really liked the way it looked. From there he answered any/every question we had about the fridge, we compared the amount of space vs our existing fridge. Something to note about my mother is that she's always looking for the best deal, whereas I prefer a one stop shop. Andy made sure we had both, he brought up every single retailer you could imagine in front of us to make sure we're getting the absolute best deal. He also helped make sure it would fit in our existing space, asking all of the right questions that I wouldn't have thought of. Thank you again Andy for taking such great care of us, we will be seeing you again when we're ready to replace our stovetop!

Andy talked us through the pros and cons of each option, did not pressure us in selling one over the other, and gave us room to confer ourselves while remaining available for questions. He found the maximum discounts applicable to us as we were completing the sale which offset the sales tax if we had paid retail. Were very happy with Andy's service and the fridge looks fabulous in its new space.

I purchased a dishwasher online, and it was delivered promptly. Two installers came, quickly ran…read morethe dishwasher, had me sign paperwork confirming it was working, and then left. I live alone and rarely cook, so I didn't use the dishwasher again until I hosted a party that weekend. It seemed to run fine, but the next morning, when I was unloading the dishes, I discovered that it had flooded and would no longer turn on. I contacted Airport Home Appliance, and they referred me to GE Appliances. GE scheduled a service appointment, then later rescheduled it. When I called to ask why, they told me they were waiting for parts to arrive. I was confused as to how they could determine what parts were needed without first inspecting the dishwasher. They explained that this is a common issue with this particular model. Concerned about keeping a brand-new dishwasher with a known issue, I contacted Airport Home Appliance again and requested a return so I could exchange it for a different brand. However, I was told that the 48-hour return window had passed, so I could no longer return it and would need to wait for GE to repair it. They also said that if GE is able to fix it, I would not be allowed to exchange it for another model. I'm extremely frustrated by being passed back and forth between the retailer and manufacturer while I'm left without a working dishwasher after spending $1,500 on a brand-new appliance. I'm simply asking for a fair resolution.

The business name is a bit mangled here, so I hope people find Jerry's Appliances!…read more I was having a difficult time finding a Dryer with a drop-down door and he had three!! Stock is always changing, so you never know what you might find! And if not exactly what you're looking for, try again the next week! I can't say enough about how great Jerry is. He listened to all of my wants (and complaints about the dryer my landlord supplied that was leaking gas). He really knows his stuff! He could tell what was wrong with the old one, but it would cost more than even a new dryer to replace the part! He can also do repairs! We went to the store in the afternoon and had the installation the next morning!! He delivered from Hayward to Oakland, up a five-step walk-up porch, did full installation (supplying the tape), and took away the old one!!! All by himself! I had removed the bathroom and laundry room doors to fit the machines through and he even offered to put the doors back for me!! The dryer started making a noise the second time I used it and he came out the next day and fixed it (it was an easy alignment fix). No fuss! Miguel also works with him, but in the window of time I dealt with him (~ a month), Jerry was a one-man show! Working solo! Thanks much, Jerry!

I had insurance trough geek squad and they came to "check" it just had lint stuck so I cleaned out the lint but it wasn't working so after attempting to get them to fix it and nothing was done I opted to take it to this place. and the gentleman Jerry he did an amazing job!!! mind you geek squad couldn't repair it. so thank you Jerry for your service 100% recommend.

In my personal experience, she was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained to her that another employee had marked the asphalt for free because it was all ripped up, but she didn't seem to believe me. When I politely asked her to call her coworker to confirm, she became frustrated and gave me a look that made me feel like I was the problem. I don't know why she thought it was okay to talk to me that way. The energy was so negative that I actually grabbed my things and moved to another register -- something I've never had to do before. I was in an electric cart and had large bins to purchase, but instead of helping, she picked them up, speed-walked to drop them off with attitude, and sarcastically said, "Have a good day, sir," before quickly walking away. I even told my daughter, right there, that this is not how anyone should act at work. Bonnie turned around and asked me what I said, even though she clearly heard me. She seemed angry, but that should never spill over into how she treats customers. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. Home Depot is normally great, but this interaction needs to be addressed. No customer should feel disrespected or talked down to when they're simply trying to check out. Visited 11-12-25 evening
