Many appliances. Be sure to check everything on the appliance you buy. Not all have all of the pieces.

Worst store! This store should be shut down for false advertising. What a mess and prices are high. Go to Spencer's.

Excellent value, quick, easy experience, zero hassle…read more I was not looking forward to appliance shopping (for a rental unit that needed a new oven and fridge). They made it SO easy. They have beautiful, brand new units at substantial discounts (and used ones as well, if that's what you're looking for). I was in and out in like 15 minutes. $1,300 or so bucks for a new fridge and oven, including delivery and removal of my outdated units. This should be your first stop when looking for appliances. It is now mine.

My washer died on me & my Home Warranty company "First Premier" dropped the ball across the board…read moreconcerning my claim but that will be my next review. Just DO NOT use First Premier for Home Warranty, definitely a rip off. SELECT Appliances was priced fairly & had a huge selection to pick from. Some of the appliances have "good luck" finding small scratches or dents so that's where your lower discounts come in. They have washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, wine fridges, stoves, microwaves, ect...I received First Class customer service from Martin. He greeted us immediately, answered all my questions/concerns & closed the deal for us. SELECT delivers, sets the new appliance up & hauls away the old one.The delivery guys were professional, respectful of my home & also provided great customer service. The appliance store was clean, restroom as well. Great location & plenty of parking. They also offer 5% off for Veterans. Don't forget to ask about discounts.

This company runs a scam where…read morethey acquire appliances deemed unfixable by the major manufacturers and puts a bandaid fix on them that will make them work just long enough to sell the item. Totally unethical and I will reporting them to BBB. Let my review save your some anguish. The "deal" you're considering is not what it appears to be. My experience began with Edith being very helpful throughout the buying process. She had me pay a Zelle account (no buyer protection) belonging to Alberto Perez in order to ship the refrigerator to me. I paid via Zelle, then had a pallet dropped off at the store and paid $100 extra for them to package it. I received the refrigerator and a week later it stopped cooling completely. I called a repair tech to come out, only to find out that the serial number tag on the top was removed and the one on the back was scratched out (see image attached). This indicates the refrigerator was meant to be scrapped by Jenn Air. However, Appliances 4 Less somehow got a hold of it and sold it to me as brand new. Now, Jenn Air techs can't work on the refrigerator because they can lose their certification if they work on appliances meant to be scrapped, and Appliances 4 Less will not respond to me. This place is a scam. They know exactly what they are selling you and will disappear once they have your money. Read the other reviews saying the same thing. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came into this Lowe's fully intending to purchase carpet and…read moreinstallation for one of my properties. I also have flooring that needs to be done at another property, and I was deciding between Lowe's and Home Depot. After my interaction with an employee named Adam, Lowe's has lost at least a few thousand dollars of my business, potentially more. From the beginning, Adam was incredibly dismissive. I explained what I was looking for and asked reasonable questions about the flooring and estimate, and rather than engaging with me normally, he repeatedly stared at me blankly, as if my questions were stupid. If that wasn't what he intended to communicate through his body language, he should be aware of how negatively this behaviour comes across socially. Staring blankly at a customer after they ask a question, rather than engaging with or answering them, is not a positive or professional way to communicate. When he began putting together an estimate, I noticed that the numbers were significantly different from the estimate shown online and asked him why. Instead of simply explaining the discrepancy, he looked at me and asked, "Are you okay?" in an extremely disrespectful and patronizing manner. I responded, "Are you?" and asked to speak with a manager. He then told me that he was answering my questions, "just not the way you want me to," despite the fact that I was asking for clarification precisely because my questions were not actually being answered. When I requested the manager, he sarcastically said, "I'm calling the manager. Is that helpful enough for you?" I told him that he actually had not been helpful at all, at which point he simply walked away and left me standing there without telling me whether a manager was coming. I ultimately had to find another employee and ask them to call a manager for me. The interaction also had extremely misogynistic undertones in my opinion. The combination of the condescension, dismissiveness, patronizing "Are you okay?" response when I questioned the estimate, and general manner in which he spoke to me left me feeling that I was not being treated with basic professional respect. The assistant store manager who eventually spoke with me was very nice, listened to what happened, apologized, and told me he would address it with Adam. I genuinely appreciated how he handled the situation. Unfortunately, by that point the damage had already been done, and I will be taking these flooring projects elsewhere. Lowe's needs to emphasize basic social and customer-service skills with its employees. Customers should be able to ask questions about purchases costing thousands of dollars without being mocked, patronized, or treated as though they are an inconvenience. And even if a customer were being difficult--which I was not--an employee responding with sarcasm and disrespect is incredibly unprofessional and an excellent way to lose business. In this case, that is exactly what happened.
