Teodor, our project manager, did a great job assessing our home and specifying the system. The installation crew, Azamat and Val, did excellent, careful work removing the old system, running new ductwork, and installing all the new equipment. The install took about 7 days. Communication was great throughout; scheduling, installation, and permitting all went smoothly.

Fuse came in significantly lower priced than everyone for a superior system. We wanted to add an additional vent on the main floor, and some dampers for a few of the vents and everything went like butter. Lex and Maxat were the nicest people, arrived on time, left at 6pm each day leaving the house clean. It was a 3 day install and they finished on the third day. Beyond what they needed to do, Lex walked through things that would be checked by the inspectors even on work they didn't do (GFCI plugs close to where the old unit was), and walked me through why they did some of the things they did because I was curious. We're 3 days in so far, but the installation experience was great, and the daikin system is cooling the house great (and I can already see from the energy monitoring systems we have, it's so much more efficient!).

Their initial bid for the work was too high, we discussed it and they changed it to be within the market range. Although at the higher end, Paul was extremely knowledgeable and worth every penny. Call Fair Repair on Monday of the memorial day weekend. Alex came out and diagnosed the fridge and said the compressor was dead. Told me the steps to get a new one ordered from LG, which is covered under warranty. They repair to install would not be covered. He gave me and price to replace and would waive the diagnostic fee if they were to install the new compressor. The compressor took almost 2 weeks to get from LG as their process is not acceptable but nothing to do with Fair Repair. Once Alex received the compressor we scheduled the date to install, he came on a Friday night and finished putting in the new compressor. Fridge is back up and even though LG is responsible for such a bad product, Fair Repair did an great job getting our Fridge back up and running. Give Alex a ring next time something (appliance) gives out on you within couple years of owning it.
