I first encountered Appliance Driven a year or so ago when I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I wanted to support a local company, and at the time, they were located in Mt. Vernon where I live. Know that expression, "measure twice, cut once?" Well, I didn't measure twice and the delivery guys came out to my house with a refrigerator that was too big for my doorway - and my kitchen. Both the delivery guys and Fabian (my sales rep) were SO nice about my terrible mistake. When they returned with the perfectly-fitting refrigerator, they had it installed and the old fridge carted away in no time at all. The whole experience was easy and beyond pleasant, and I am in LOVE with my refrigerator. Now, a year later, I needed to purchase a stand-alone freezer for my growing cookie company. I immediately went to Appliance Driven based on my previous experience with them. Once again, the service was outstanding. Fabian helped me find exactly what I needed, at a price-point I could afford, scheduled the delivery for a time that was convenient for me, and had it at my house within a week. In every case, over a four year period, I have dealt with the same people, in this case Fabian, and have never been less that fully satisfied. I found Appliance Driven on ebay, by accident. I was cautious because my purchase was a high-end Viking appliance, listed as "new" at a price that was almost too good to be true. But, I live close enough to Mt. Vernon and it was listed as "pickup" so I figured I could always purchase and go check it out. Worst case scenario I would ask ebay for a refund if it turned out to be a scam. Well, less than 2 hours after I purchased my viking 2 drawer fridge, I received an email from Joel with a neat, organized invoice, a pdf of my Viking's instruction manual and options for delivery--a delivery which wasn't even necessary for him to do. Mind you, he sent all of this out late at night. I called the store in the morning and got a helpful person immediately. A few hours later on the very next day, my Viking fridge appeared at my door and Joel's delivery people even offered to "uncrate"/unpackage it for me. It was brand new, just as promised, and priced far below market. My husband and I keep joking with each other, wondering, "what's the catch?" "why are they so good"? I would highly, highly recommend Appliance Driven. I wish all merchants cared as much as they do. Thank you guys, so much! UPDATE: The two-drawer Viking Fridge I purchased had a small quirk (it has been beeping periodically) and I called Appliance Driven to ask them about it. You would not believe what happened, and how amazing the service was. First of all, a person picked up immediately. Second, after I explained the issue, she put me on a brief hold and I quickly realized she had 3-way called Viking's service department. When Viking picked up, they asked for my warranty info (I tend to be disorganized and I had lost my paperwork, hadn't registered for my warranty). Before I could open my mouth to explain that I didn't have my paperwork, the Appliance Driven rep started reading my info to the Viking rep. YES, that's right, she had all of my product info in front of her. Right then and there she registered my warranty, on the spot. Then, when the Viking rep asked what the issue was, the Appliance Driven rep explained it perfectly, provided all the info needed to set up a service visit and when the Viking rep asked if I wanted to write down my confirmation #, the Appliance Driven rep took that down in the notes. Before she hung up, the Appliance Driven rep told me that she would follow up with me tomorrow by 2pm to make sure the Viking repair rep had actually called. AMAZING service. If I could give Joel and the team at Appliance Driven 10 stars, I would! I called them to install a stove that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. The customer service at Appliance Driven is non existent! They are glad to take your money when you want to purchase an appliance but if you should have an issue or need to return an item Appliance Driven will blow you off or make excuses why they cannot replace/exchange the item. Phone calls that I made were ignored, they promised a call back multiple times which they never followed through, and they ignored my emails. I posted the same on their Facebook page and it was immediately deleted. Now I know why they have five stars here, on Facebook and on Google, it is because the mediocre and bad reviews are deleted. I will be purchasing my appliances elsewhere and where I am a valued customer after I make a purchase. read more

My mother's refrigerator stopped working on Monday night. Tuesday morning I called Appliance Driven and spoke with Fabian who was able to locate an available refrigerator, that met the size specifications, for immediate delivery. Wednesday morning two lovely gentlemen arrived to deliver the new refrigerator and remove the old one.
