I recently needed an emergency replacement of an air conditioner in my apartment while I was out of the country. I first encountered Appliance Driven a year or so ago when I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I wanted to support a local company, and at the time, they were located in Mt. Vernon where I live. Know that expression, "measure twice, cut once?" Well, I didn't measure twice and the delivery guys came out to my house with a refrigerator that was too big for my doorway - and my kitchen. Both the delivery guys and Fabian (my sales rep) were SO nice about my terrible mistake. When they returned with the perfectly-fitting refrigerator, they had it installed and the old fridge carted away in no time at all. The whole experience was easy and beyond pleasant, and I am in LOVE with my refrigerator. Now, a year later, I needed to purchase a stand-alone freezer for my growing cookie company. I immediately went to Appliance Driven based on my previous experience with them. Once again, the service was outstanding. If I could give Joel and the team at Appliance Driven 10 stars, I would! I called them to install a stove that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. The customer service at Appliance Driven is non existent! They are glad to take your money when you want to purchase an appliance but if you should have an issue or need to return an item Appliance Driven will blow you off or make excuses why they cannot replace/exchange the item. Phone calls that I made were ignored, they promised a call back multiple times which they never followed through, and they ignored my emails. I posted the same on their Facebook page and it was immediately deleted. Now I know why they have five stars here, on Facebook and on Google, it is because the mediocre and bad reviews are deleted. I will be purchasing my appliances elsewhere and where I am a valued customer after I make a purchase. read more

My mother's refrigerator stopped working on Monday night. Tuesday morning I called Appliance Driven and spoke with Fabian who was able to locate an available refrigerator, that met the size specifications, for immediate delivery. Wednesday morning two lovely gentlemen arrived to deliver the new refrigerator and remove the old one.
