The kitchen cabinets are a little cheaper than the samples that they show you in the store some shelves aren't staying up very well and I have never seen a sink cabinet come with two pieces it looks weird it took them a while but they did give me the single piece I'm pretty sure my Contractor had to pay for he didn't charge me because he's the good part of this process. Like a burger place, butchers or barbershop-get there early if you want good service and want to get out fast. I went at 9:00 and it was empty. I left at 10:45 and it was picking up steam fast. So for the people complaining about service, wait your turn or try hunting down an orange shirt at Home Depot-good luck. Last thing-talk about customer service. A guy got a ticket while in the store shopping. Anthony multiplied the ticket by two and knocked that off the price! We purchased floor tiles and backsplash tiles. When the time came to pick up the floor tiles at the warehouse we were given the wrong tiles. We noticed once we got home and opened the boxes. When we called, they said the warehouse was closing in 30 mins, that we had to wait until Monday and we were alright with that. We just asked that they confirm the correct ones were in stock and they reassured us. Come Monday when we got to the warehouse and took the sample we had with us, they said it was an old tile and that they no longer had it. They gave us a sample of a different tile to take home. We chose to go with that tile and when we went to the warehouse the third time - we were once again given the wrong one. The same wrong ones we were given the first time. They didn't have the tiles of the 2nd sample they had given us either. In the end we decided to just stay with that one. We then decided to return the backsplash tiles and were told there was a 25% restocking fee - when prior to purchasing everything we were always told we could return anything we didn't use without any mention of a fee. When we came to the store and tried to explain all the difficulties we experienced the manager/owner, Anthony, came out, cut us off, and said the fee was non-negotiable, take it or leave it. In the end the salesman who worked with us from the start, Manny, took care of us. But it was overall a very unpleasant experience. Just think twice maybe thrice before purchasing anything here. It seems like they make up prices for items that they don't even have labeled nor are they aware of what is or isn't in stock in their warehouse. The service is very poor and Anthony is uncompromising and very disrespectful. I honestly felt as women they treated us differently, but I haven't personally seen how they treat men.

I know what I'm talking about: he is very professional, he always on time with his promise, arrival or project time-frame. He is very reasonable with price and which is very important to this kind of job: his price never ever goes higher than he promised. He did my kitchen, pluming, electrical, carpentry, roofing with in last 10 years. He dud 4 my neighbors houses - different projects. Every one is happy: him and clients. Whatever you ask him to do - the answer us "no problem". His hands are pure gold. And he is a diamond that rear to find. My husband love to watch his job: he used to be handy man, just retired... We never had any problems since we met Dede, even with emergencies. My dog 75 pounds russian black terrier loves him, and it is very difficult to pleas this dog. ;) My parents love him: it's clean house during and after his job. Thank you Dede! Keep good job!
