I guess he tries to please everybody without regard to his schedule. Finally, after the exams he was to send a report to the opthomologist with his findings. Despite several reminder calls over about 3months leaving message from me and the optholomolgist's office the report never appeared. The last contact was with Jonathan calling me once to remind him of the diagnosis. I wasn't available at that time and he agreed to calling me later that day which never happened. And there is still no report. Maybe Parrelli is a good business but a total failure for my needs.

I purchased computer glasses and regular glasses. They used a frame I had with me for computer glasses, just put in new lenses. I bought a new frame and lenses for daily wear. They recommended a color frame, and I said no to that. Went back a few days later and exchanged the frames to the color frames they suggested. Lots of complements. I also found out that the drops to dilate ones eyes work in a few minutes - not over 30 as told that's the time at Gurley's! So happy to have left this practice and so is my husband. Other times it said they were with a patient and would get back to me they didn't There hours seem to be whatever they feel like . This week they were closed Monday open Tueday 2 to 6 closed Wed and Thursday Friday 2 to 6 and today Saturday they opened at 3:30 and now it's 4:46 and online says closing soon open Tuesday at 2 pm . Finally I've had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission , the consumer division of the Mass Attorney General's office , and the customer service of my insurance company .
