Other times it said they were with a patient and would get back to me they didn't There hours seem to be whatever they feel like . This week they were closed Monday open Tueday 2 to 6 closed Wed and Thursday Friday 2 to 6 and today Saturday they opened at 3:30 and now it's 4:46 and online says closing soon open Tuesday at 2 pm . Finally I've had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission , the consumer division of the Mass Attorney General's office , and the customer service of my insurance company . I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my worst experience with a business

We had to wait for 45 MINUTES for them to place his order. Then we were told it would take 10 days for the order to be completed. NO one had called to let me know if they were in so I called back 10 days later and the voicemail message said they were CLOSED FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. Why couldn't they have told me that when I placed my order! WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK

I called once on the phone and accidently called her by her first name, and she rudely corrected me saying " I am a doctor, don't call me by my first name! Then she ripped me off for $2,000.00. She could not get my progressive lens prescription right. She tried three times ordering three different lenses and none of them worked. She said she couldn't refund my money ($1,000.00). I asked her for my original lenses back at least and she said she threw them out (another $1,000.00 lost). When I told her how disappointed I was about the bad service, she said "I can't believe your talking to me like this, I'm a doctor!" Her mother was in the office doing all the cleaning up and answering the phone calls. Do not use this optometrist!

I won't be going here any longer. I've been a Patient for well over 25 years. The mean girl mentality you have going makes it very uncomfortable. She gets annoyed just having to do her job. She'll purposely treat you like rudely, make you look stupid while she's nice as pie to others. I've seen her do it to not only myself. It's sorta mental. I did speak to the girl who took me in the back and she was well aware of her behavior as well. She apologized to me and was very calming. I also loved all the dr's and enjoyed my time with Dr Nguyen since my last Dr left. It's disheartening for me to leave the office, but that's how badly I felt after the treatment of this angry child. Hey, angry, mean girl.... Get yourself some help. Time to hang up your Pom poms. It's not cute anymore.
