I ordered a big order for curbside, but they couldn't get my order correct. They tried to tell me that a double crunch shrimp entree doesn't come with fries, even though my receipt says I ordered fries with it. I went with a few of my friends to get the all you can eat and the food was pretty good and the shrimp was amazing except the problem was the waitress with black hair I think. We ordered two steaks and specifically asked for a couple garlic butters for there dry steaks . When we got our pick up there was a container quarter full of garlic butter and when asked for more they took there sweet time to bring them out while our food was sitting in the car getting cold . We arrive home already upset from waiting and having our food get cold when we go to cut our steaks and they are literally dripping blood still when specifically order WELL DONE !! Our night was off to a rough start when our server was rude for no reason. I ordered the combo platter thinking it was half off since the promotion was appetizers half off. When i asked the waitress to confirm that it was half off, she showed a face of disgust and replied "that's not half off". For the rest of the night, she would make passive aggressive gestures like dropping our food onto our table and even dropping our card onto the floor when we placed the card on bill. She then rushed us out without asking if we were going to order more ( we had plans for dessert). I am so disgusted! Saturday I went with my family for lunch. I was eating my garden salad when I fork up a looooong piece of hair! I show the waitress, she takes it and asks if I want another one....ummmm no thanks. My niece had a hair (same looooong mind) in her salad plate and didn't even notice until she had set it aside to eat her dinner. Stained booths, sticky tables, black carpet (it didn't start out that way. I could tell by the color in the low traffic areas), filthy grease and food smeared Windows.. Pretty much all surfaces really. I spent the whole visit with two flies flying around my head like a pest halo. The table across from us was bussed but never wiped our entire stay. Appetizers were 50%, however we only found that out after ordering because we were bored and reading table cards. Our server didn't mention it. We were offered lemon, but not sweetener for our iced tea. The beef in the "butchers meat and potatoes" dish was gristle, very little meat. It said sirloin, I say stew meat that needed to be cooked for another two hours. My "crispy brewhouse chicken" tasted almost as good as a banquet frozen dinner. She then says the bar high tables are open seating. We said we'd prefer a booth. She said ok. She then brings us to our booth and drops the menus down and walks away. The waitress (very nice) comes and asked for our drink and food order. We have our order and asked if someone could clean the table as it has visible dirt and it was very sticky. The rude greeter came over with a dirty rag and ran it over the table and walked away. I said excuse me there is still sticky stuff and dirt and with an attitude she came back and ran that nasty rag over the table again and walked away. My boyfriend and I visited Applebee's Monday night (we are frequent diners). It wasn't busy at all. Quite empty actually. I ordered the salmon plate. My two sides , brocolli & a house salad. I knew the main entree would only have my salmon and broccoli since they plate the salad separate , which is fine. What I didn't know was how sorry of a plate they were going to serve me. Mind you, I have gotten this entree more than 3 times , I knew what I was ordering and craving. The picture speaks for itself. I couldn't believe my eyes. My boyfriends chicken sandwich was also sorry. As he picked it up. Half his chicken fell out. What sucks is he is a sous chef , so he knew exactly why that chicken was cut in half. The cook is no real cook. He cut it to make sure it was cooked all the way. As a former food and beverage general manager , there were so many disappointing factors in our dinner that night. This place does not deserve to be open during the reopening phase of this pandemic. We wound up here because the wait for Texas Roadhouse was too long. We walked right in, no wait at Applebee's. We found out why pretty quick. Service is non existent. We were seated immediately but waited 15 minutes for no one to ever come and acknowledge us. Never received a menu or even a "hello". I counted 12 employees... and 8 tables in use. The rest of the place was EMPTY! Unacceptable! We walked out and no one even batted an eye. They don't care! Let's face it, my family and I are regulars here. I'm talking, every Friday, Monday and sometimes mid week. I love the staff who work here, all very friendly. We've seen people come and go but our regular bartender Jen is great and our favorite waitress Liz. If you get the chance, sit at the bar tables! That's where you can get sat with Liz! I went to this Applebees for the first time in about 3 years and it was a dump. 3/4 of the restaurant was empty but we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to clean a table to be seated. When I was taken to my table the back cushions in the booth were stained and disgusting, along with the nasty carpet. My table was wobbly so the waitress handed us a wad of napkins to wedge between the top and the wall. I could continue on, but k think you get the idea. My family and I have never written a review in our lives. Because of today's experience, it was necessary to write one. The host was a nice person and was able to answer my dad's questions and concerns. He was able to sit us down where we wanted. The only issues we had were the waitresses. The waitresses kept passing us for over 15 minutes without welcoming us or asking for our drink orders. They did not even look at us and kept serving other tables that sat down after us. My dad overheard the two waitresses asking each other if they served us yet and realized we have not been served. One waitress asked if they took our drink orders yet to which I replied, "No, we have not been served yet." She took our drink orders and left before we could order our food. Another 5-10 minutes have gone by and still noticed other tables were getting their drinks before us. After realizing this, I told my dad that we should go because I felt uncomfortable with how we are being treated here. My dad found one of the waitresses talking and dancing around at another table and said "excuse me" to get her attention. My dad claims that she gave him the side-eye and ignored him. It wasn't until the guests, at the table where the waitress was dancing, told her that my dad was calling for her. She gave a look that she did not want to come to us, so when she came my dad told her that we were leaving and to cancel the drinks that we ordered. Mind you, this is the first time my dad and I had ever walked out of a restaurant before. After leaving the restaurant, I immediately went to Yelp and read other guests had similar experiences as we did. It was disappointing and embarrassing to see how unprofessional the waitresses were behaving. We will not come back to this restaurant due to the treatment and service we experienced. The moral of the story is do not bother coming here at all if you value customer service. read more

Not sure what the issue was yesterday with the curb side pick up employee but I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to come out to let me pay. Another 15 for him to come back out and take my card and THEN say "I'll go start that now". I'd called it in before arriving and waited 25 minutes before being able to leave and there were hardly any people there. Bites were not fresh and my sister and are concerned as to where the spider came from. Asked for Manager...Mike came but he was careless and hushed us by removing the price of the appetizer??? Duh...of course you are if we didnt eat but half a bite before a spider tried to tell us to run for our lives!!!! Mike says ill make you a dessert. Ordered a drink and server passed by many times then eventually reminded her about my drink and she said ohh sorry I forgot I'll get it right now. I have been a server before and I never focus on one table just because it's a big table thinking you'll get a huge tip. This is by far the worst Applebee's I've ever been to. My wife and I went to go have dinner and we were told the wait for a table would 10 mins at least. However there were 10 open tables. When asked if we could have a table to at least get drinks and look over the menu we were told no the manager wasn't allowing anyone to be seated since the kitchen is 10 mins behind. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour to get our food. The first waitress first came and told us she was going on break and someone else would take over our table, she also mentioned that our food was ready to come out. Well the replacement waiter checked in with us after 15 minutes. I asked to please check on our food and it was finally brought out cold. (Most horrible ribs ever).
