We stopped at this location twice. It's right down the road from the Hampton Inn. The food was as expected. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and it was cooked correctly. We received awesome customer services both nights. The first night (Thursday) was slow and the second night (Friday) was busy because it was graduation weekend at WSU. We were seated within minutes of arriving. Food came out on time. Our servers came to check on us a number of times. Although, the ambiance and theoretical expectations that portray a great dining experience, I do not understand why patrons return to be served mediocre or in our experience this evening below expectations. So bad, that we had to send our food back even thought it seemed like an eternity to get it delivered. I've been going to this apples bees location for years now. From about a year ago the service at this location has been desperately wanting. The wait times have been absolutely horrible here as well. The last three times my husband and I went here it took well over and hour to get our food. The music was too loud. They ran out of carbon dioxide for the sodas so they were flat and had to drink water, didn't offer a refund for flat drinks. Service was slow and it wasn't even noon. We won't be going back to this location. read more

Bizarre meal. After waiting 40 minutes for my order to be taken. I ordered the Blackened Cajun Salmon. It came with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. A few minutes latter she came back and asked me how many napkins I would be needing. I told her "I have no clue", she said "Then none it is". 25 minutes later my mean arrived, string beans, and no garlic mashed potatoes. When I noticed, I said "I thought this came with garlic mashed potatoes", she replied "I don't know". I kept looking at her until she got a menu. Then then brought me a side. The salmon was nether Cajun or blackened, almost no flavor. Then when the bill came, it looked to me as if she bumped the tip to 20% on the electronic pay at the table thing, I bumped it back down. Odd place. If you don't care what you eat, and are not in a hurry, this may be your place. Watch your wallet. read more

We arrived at 4:15 because we were trying to have an early dinner. The host and two of the servers did not greet us. They were too busy talking about who was working that night. We stood there for quite a while (mind you the place was not busy) before they acknowledged us and seated us. We noticed the hostess and several other workers standing there talking in another spot by our table. Our waitress is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. She was awesome. The caesar chicken salads we ordered were swimming in dressing. Not sure who is running this place but it seems to need more management of the floor staff and the kitchen. read more

On Saturday July 23rd 2022 had a late lunch at 2 pm. Worst customer service I have ever received at any Applebees. From the surly greeting to the I have no time for you attitude by the server (who was the same person). Rushed us for a drink order then was abrupt when we did not know yet. One of us knew what we wanted and mentioned it. He abruptly says I will just get water's and get drink order later. This was a table of 4 he came back with only 3 waters and the drink that was mentioned which by then she was hoping to change because he said he would get the order when he got back. .She took it did not say anything but was disappointed. Finished taking orders but food was delivered by someone else. The one without water asked this waitress for a glass and when she came back asked the whole table if they cared for straws, which he never asked about. We sat the entire meal without him coming back to see how the meal was or if there was anything else we wanted etc. Finally had to flag him down and asked for 2 more contrainers of tartar. Brought back a large dish of sauce that had sauce spilled all down one side and unceremoniously dropped it in the middle of the table and walked off. Finally when he figured we were done stated calling the one paying the bill Hon. So demeaning. Still never asked how things were or if we needed anything else, including dessert. He seemed incredibly shocked when his tip reflected the poor service. I should mention that he had several other tables to which he was friendly gave great service to. Not sure what we did to set him off but I have never been so rudely waited on. read more

Picked up two orders of ribs. Ribs were dry, not much meat on them and covered with BBQ sauce. Sauce was ok, but the ribs were terrible! Also, the little wipes for your sticky fingers were put in the box with the ribs, not in the bag, but in the box. They were covered with sticky BBQ sauce!! And how many people have handled these! I like this place, don't eat dinner here often and probably won't after this, however I love lunch. Had the rib let's and they were horrendous, very tough and I wonder if they were microwaved. This place should have 5 stars from everyone! My family had a fantastic experience here. We were greeted immediately as we entered and were seated, without waiting. We ordered our drinks with Charlee, who returned immediately with them. She took our orders and made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us to make sure we were happy with our orders. We never had such great service, as we did with Charlee! The hamburgers were delicious and they even brought extra fries, free. This lady Charlee really works hard to make sure her customers are TOTALLY satisfied. I even made a remark to her boss, Vance, whom himself was very hospitable and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be back, for sure. This is a great place with delicious food and very friendly staff. Even the bartender said goodbye to us. Such a nice family visit and meal! read more

My 1st time ordering dash dor from Applebees in Lewiston. The experience was wonderful from making the online orders, To calling customer service waitress to verify if I placed order correctly. Edward the delivery service was so great. there was confusion (my fault) I placed order in my name but comfort in couldn't find my name as I checked in with a friend. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. We had a group of 6 here, and were seated pretty quickly. No more than a 5 minute wait on a Friday night was a pleasant surprise. The greeter at the door was super chipper and friendly which started off the night nicely. Our server was understanding of our slow-comers that came late and once food was ordered it wasn't long until it was served. Typical Applebee's food, prepared as expected, nothing spectacular here, but it was delicious! As friends who hadn't seen each other in a long time do, we spent a long time catching up. Maybe a little too long, so long in fact, that the manager of the restauant kindly asked us if we would be willing to consolidate and move to another table. And, for asking us to do so, he bought us all dessert! Talk about 5-star service! We eneded up staying there for another hour or so, before we called it a night. We know we were "those guys" that were overstaying our welcome, but the staff there sure made us feel like we weren't a bother at all. I normally really like Applebee's and worked at this location at one point and frequented it often pre-COVID, but just WOW is all I can say about it now. The only good thing about it was the appetizer. My burger was literally bleeding, turning my fries pink. But that I can handle to an extent. The place was absolutely filthy. Servers standing around chatting while the floor is covered in debris and food. I'm not exaggerating when I say that food and bits of garbage were literally everywhere, and the employees were by no means busy. read more
