i never typically take the time to write a review after having good service. It's something i just expect most of the time. i was a server for twenty years and i raised three children waiting tables. i also can't stand corporate restaurants and how fake and cheesy the servers usually are. But my server yesterday was so wonderful, i have to talk about her. i think her name was Cianna . Really pretty young gal and wiked adorable laugh. She was slammed and she managed to still make me feel valued and was happy that i came in i like the genuine appreciation it makes me feel valued i could have picked long horn like i had wanted to go to, but my wife preferers the chicken wonton tacos and it paired wonderfully with that rainbow sour belt margarita she suggested it makes my night so much better when my wife is happy and she comes home just a tad less angry after a couple of those beverages so thank you Cianna. i will be back and i hope you will be my server. also i wasnt angry that my wife kept smiling at you its fine you're fine read more

Edited after Dan the manager reached out to make things right. Don't order curbside here. Order supposed to be ready for 7. Sit outside til 7:25, they just stare at you through the window and don't come out, once you go inside you find out your food has been ready the entire time so they bring you a bag of cold food. First the waitress was extremely rude. We came for a dinner date and she gave me attitude when I asked what was in something. However when my fiancé asked, she'd play with her hair and giggle. She brought out his drink and the baby's drink but, mine took another 10 minutes and all I got was a soda. Our appetizer took forever to come and then once it did, the food was right after it so it was extremely chaotic and we had no room or time to really enjoy our meal. Where do I begin... It takes you a lifetime to get your food and drinks. The servers are very nice though and if things are moving slow they will apologize and sometimes make your drinks free but can it make up for the amount of time you wait for your food to come and be dry and pretty cold. The boneless chicken wings were cold in the middle and the buffalo sauce looks like they got it from the toilet. The bacon cheeseburger was very dry and hard to eat. AWFUL SLOW UNPROFESSIONAL Was told there would be a 20 minute wait, waited 45 before leaving. A mom and her kids that came in 10 minutes after us and was seated first because she started complaining loudly. We were bothered but let it slide thinking we would be next. A large reservation came up that was NOT at the restaurant, so another group that had come in maybe 5 minutes before the Reservation was called literally said he could "pretend to be them" and was seated. Went here for lunch the other day. Big mistake! My dad ordered the quesadilla burger and my mom and I had the two for 24 with appetizer of onion rings and we both had a chicken dish with quinoa and rice with cranberries and apples. We were seated quickly and had an awesome waiter. He was very attentive and helpful. We didn't have the heart to tell him just how horrible the food was. The onion rings came out fast, but they were horrible! We were starving and we each managed to eat one before putting the test aside for the waiter to take. They were greasy, salty, and had a really strange texture. My dad said the burger was slimy and gross, my mom's chicken was gristly, mine was ok but had a strange texture. Dad's fries were way over salted and soft and floppy. Then, as we are waiting for our food (which took almost an hour) we notice that their are more than a couple of flies hanging around. The bathroom was clean, though, so hoping it had nothing to do with the kitchen. Needless to say, we.all went home feeling quite ill. We will never go back. Almost 40 dollars for frozen, salty, mushy food. Normally, I read reviews beforehand, but unfortunately this time I didn't. My advice, go anywhere else. read more

Typical standard Applebee's bar and grill, nothing special. For a Monday night they were pretty busy. The burgers only come 2 ways, pink or not pink. In other words cooked a lot or cooked a little. The red apple sangria wasn't bad, I just wish it was cold before I started drinking it. They do not have a big pitcher of sangria ready, so there is a little inconsistency with the drinks. I stopped at this restaurant after an extremely long day on 4/25. It was about 1100 PM. I know it's late, I wanted a quick burger and planned on being in and out in 30 minutes or less. Waitress was 11 minutes from when I sat down to taking my order. I ordered a Diet Coke and. A buyer off the menu. The menu said it came with mayo, lettuce and tomato. I asked her to hold the lettuce and tomato.... The order came right and was tossed down with such speed the runner didn't even stop so I couldn't ask for a drink refill.... there was NO may, and there WAS lettuce and tomato....my waitress was now sitting in a booth with her boyfriend and her or his parents. I couldn't flag her down, couldn't get anyone's attention....after 30 minute of waiting she came by tossed my check on the table, so I gave her my card as I already had it out. I left her a 10% tip and left. I'm not a huge fan of chains anyways but this was by far the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had. Our order was taken around the time our drinks should have been there, our drinks were out by the time our salad should have been there, and our salads were out by the time our entrees should have been out. My wife and I went to this Applebee's on a Monday night. Got there at 5:30 and was seated right away. It was not at all busy. It took ten minutes for our waitress to come to the table to take our order. Then we waited almost an hour for our food. When we asked our waitress to see a manager she said she would bring him to our table. She left and we never saw her again. We never saw the manager. We never got our food. Today was a nightmare. Me and my fiancé had gone into the keen Applebee's to celebrate her birthday. We both ordered the bourbon steak because it looked amazing on the menu. After I had placed our orders the waitress walked over to the kiosk to cash another customer out. As loudly as she could her and another co-worker had started to pick on me for how I ordered my steak. Mentioning loudly on her way out I was Grose for having ordered my steak that way. Not the part that bothered me though. we were waiting and the place was relatively dead. But we waited over an hour to get our food. By the bar the manager was sitting at a table with the other co-workers because it was dead. He kept looking over in my direction. Then he started to get very loud. He was to my surprise insulting my fiancé. It was dead so it was very easy to hear their conversation. He had stated out loud looking in our direction that my fiancé looked like a "Giant Human Pig". They had all started laughing and carrying on. Glancing at us the whole time. We had finally gotten our food. But my fiancé was in tears before we had time to enjoy our meal. It was an insulting and very nightmarish visit. I was furious on my way out. She just wanted to have a normal birthday celebration. And not be insulted for her disability. The vacuuming sucked but not the suckiest part of our experience here. We went here late around 9pm...they were open till 10:30pm( we decided on Applebees because it was supposed to be open till midnight). I get it staff shortages and whatnot places may close earlier than expected. The evening started well, the waitress was not very energetic or super friendly. We got our drinks and ordered our food. After we had a couple drinks we ordered a third. We were then informed " I don't know if I can give you another drink, I have to see how long you have been here". Comes back and says " no I can't give you another drink, you've been here 36 minutes." So we were finishing our dinner and we're talking. It still was not after 10pm. They started vacuuming and throwing tables around, they obviously wanted us to leave. Not a good experience, if you want to go out drinking. Don't go here! They obviously don't want the patronage. I'd rather stand in the parking lot and burn my money then give them anything. read more

Great restaurant, going inside is usually quiet and pleasant but the service is slow. Servers are always nice when you go inside and eat. I've given them only 2 stars because when ordering carside to go the food is cold and or gross. Ive gotten rock solid buns and room temperature food using carside. When i complained about the bun i was given a gift certificate which i redeemed two days later. When i went in to get my food the server said the manager was packing it up right then. However i waited another 20min before getting my food. While i was waiting the server and a hostess come out of the kitchen laughing when i looked up the hostess stopped laughing and i could see she was still smirking trying not to laugh at me. I'm new to this area as a travel nurse from TX. I came in for lunch around 1:30 and ordered the fajitas with no rice. My meal came out with rice and I asked the bartender, because I sat at the bar to please take it back and remove the rice very nicely. My meal came back out a few minutes later and all the veggies were ice cold. I told the bartender and she did offer to take it back again to "warm up the vegetables". It may just be me, but having to send a meal back a second time just makes me feel uncomfortable about the way my food will be treated in the back. I told her to please take it off my tab and asked for the manager. I later found out that his name was Chris, very nice guy. He came to me and I explained what had happened. He did ask if he could have it remade, but like I said, I don't feel good about having a meal remade for a third time. They did say that they were taking it off my tab, but didn't offer to make it up in any other way or even take care of my drink. Don't get me wrong, I'm not wanting anything for free, but they could've at least offered an incentive to come back and try it out again. I'll always give an establishment a second try as I do know things can happen, but this wasn't a good experience at all. Now to find me some food elsewhere. So frustrating. read more
