This is my first time at this restaurant the experience was horrible When I got there I was completely ignored the server with hickys all over his neck checked in the people that walked in behind me. Finally after I checked in waited for 45 minutes, they when to seat us, my wife asked if we can be put in a booth the server walked back the the check in area started to gossip with her other coworker then looked back up at us. The servers friends went to go eat and were sat in a booth next to us and the whole time my wife and I sat and ate she was standing there talking to them. NO VEGAN OPTIONS! We had to put together a meal since there are no vegan options here. Pasta with the marinara they use for the cheese sticks. It was presented well, had a few pieces of Broccoli with it, but it was Disgusting! My son took one bite and could not eat it. The bill came and it was $18.99!! WHAT?! I feel like it should have been a child menus item price. I asked the waitress, why is this so high? No one else's meal was even close to $18.99! She says she didn't know what else to charge and took it over to the manager. She came back and the manager knocked off $6. So, $12.99 now, I believe it was still higher than our other three meals. Okay, whatever. We won't be back. Came home and had to make lunch. Soooo disappointing. The server started off as being polite, but overall provided very poor service. The server brought out our appetizer and entrees at the same time. He had suggested I order another item from the 2 for 35 since the appetizer I had originally ordered and my entrée would qualify for the deal which I appreciated since I could take another meal for a family member. I had asked if I could receive that entrée towards the end of the meal so it would be fresh and he said yes no problem. When he brought the food he also brought the extra order that I had asked to bring later. What really irritated me was that I wasn't even half way through my meal and he comes with a to go box and the check and states, "I know you're not done yet." I don't understand what the rush was since the booth area was practically empty. What can you really expect from an Applebee's? Don't come to apple bees for your date night. I just had a terrible experience. My husband and I could not hear each other speak over the music or the people all trying to talk over the loud music. I sat next to, instead of across from, my husband and we still could not hear each other or our server. Then the appetizer came out at the same time as our entrees. Came here for a quick lunch. I got the sirloin steak, grilled skewer shrimp, popcorn shrimp with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I asked for rare and it came out well done. The breaded part of the popcorn shrimp was cooked but the inside was not, it was still raw. The shrimp skewer was over grilled that it was burnt and tough. It also came with grilled onion rings and they skimped on that. No one asked if we enjoyed our food or not. Came today 5/25, my husband and I walked up to the bar after asking the host if we could take a seat up at the bar. We were just looking to order some drinks and after 20 minutes of just being stared at and ignored by each and every server there and one of the girl servers decides to take the order of the big party that got sat after my husband and I we new we were not welcomed and that's where I had an issue. We got up and left and while passing the host I overheard one of the servers that was initially talking to the girl server that ignored us stating "nevermind they just got up". Which I responded " Yes because you and every server ignored us and took forever to take our order". It is a clever trick to get one to oder more. We go there because of the convenience and the variety of choices. It tends to be loud (and not just during World Cup) and crowded. We went there for the second time and it was a weekday and not very crowded. The waitress was nice, but could not directly answer any specific question I had about the food and prices. I found out later she was new. She never came back after the food was served to see how everything was until we were basically finished. We were close to the bar, so I ordered extra drinks from the bartender which was faster anyway. Apart from that, the food wasn't that great and the boneless buffalo wings were cold, tough and tasted like they were made a few days ago. Fast & friendly service in the Carside To Go. I parked in the spot designated for this service & within a few seconds of parking I was greeted by a very pleasant gentlemen who greeted me by my name at my driver window. It was nice to know that even though the restaurant was packed the Carside To Go was not lacking customer service. Thank you for the great experience! I am a little confused as to why my salad though had very little pieces of lettuce & a lot of cabage. This is actually a negative star. Went here a couple of times and always order the ribeye. First time i had to send it back 2x for being over cooked ( wanted medium ) gave me almost well done on both, even the franchise owner cane out and apologized. 2nd time around still want to give them another on ribeye hoping it will be better this time. I am sad to say that I am always let down by this place. I've said numerous times we should not be spending decent money on low quality food, but our options for a quick bite here in town are so slim I cave and give them another try. Tonight my husband requested Applebees so I reluctantly agreed. We decided to order take out, which seems to be when they screw things up the most. I ordered the new cheesy bacon chicken because the photo and the description looked pretty good. Sadly, I was given chicken with about a teaspoon of coagulated cheese on my chicken breast that had almost no seasoning. Aside from that, the food was cold upon arrival, which is likely why the cheese looked that way. It would be one thing if we showed up late and it was sitting, but we waiting 15 minutes for our food to be ready and live a mere 5 min drive away, so the food should have at least been warm. I will admit that they have a few items that are consistently decent so I'll take a little blame for trying something new and having an expectation the meal would be better than past experiences. I think this location stays alive because of the minimal options around it to eat. Sad they don't look at there incredibly low ratings and make more of an effort to do better by their customers. read more

Ok so I haven't been to an Applebee's in ages so I didn't know what to expect. Tuesday night and it was full - but no wait for a table of 3. The place was clean, the atmosphere was a little loud but not over being like a weekend night at a busy place. The menu has lots of options. I opted for the 3-course for $12.99 and husband got the $14.99 3-course meal. Tuesday's kids meals start at $2.99 special pricing. Tip- join the rewards program and get a free appetizer (mozzarella sticks). We of course did that. It was cooked wonderfully. The food- ok can I say amazing!!! The food looked amazing, smelled amazing and tasted absolutely amazing. My chicken was tender, juicy and very flavorful. The cook tonight did so good. I have not had food taste this good in a while - especially from a chain restaurant. My cedar lime chicken was just delicious!!! To top everything off our waitress, Shanoa, was the best. Superb customer service and she even was so sweet with my 3 year old. She checked on us the right amount of times, refilled drinks without us asking. I had a horrible experience here. For example, I had to wait for a while and then the lady in the front says "I called your name" it was loud in the restraunt!!! You are supposed to make sure the customers hear you!!! I went to the restroom and came back and never heard her call our names to get seated. Second, we had to jump to a different table because it was 'reserved' for a different party. Third, it took forever to have someone take our order, but luckily we had a server who wrote down our order and got our food ready quickly. Then, we asked to get a to go box and it took forever so we had to get someone else to get it for us. Food was good, but horrible service. I only had one or two people polite to us. Hours were changed unexpectedly, wait times were extraordinarily long (both with and without COVID restrictions), and the hostesses were rude, speaking to me as if I did not understand how a waitlist works. We stop in this area frequently traveling to and from Southern California but we will find a different place to eat from now on. read more

Applebee's has never been a go to food place for me or anyone I know. If anything it presents itself with a nice building but mediocre food. When we went the room was packed, so we waited around 20-30 minutes for seating which was fine. It was warm outside and the indoors was somewhat cool. We got seated by our server, Amanda. She did the best she could and I don't blame her for anything. She was great! I decided to order the new Fire Roasted Chicken Salad Wrap with a Cesar Salad for the lunch combo. I had high expectations because it mentioned it being spicy. Knowing myself, I LOVE SPICY. My mom was about to get that but was worried it was going to be too spicy, so she asked what was in it that gave it heat. Amanda replied that it was mixed with sriracha (which in my opinion is not even spicy at all). We wait a bit then receive our food. Everyone's portions seemed a lot larger than mine. The salad seemed small and it looked like I was missing half of my wrap. The plate landing on the table made me feel incomplete because my food looked incomplete. After some disappointment, I began to eat. I wanted a lot more dressing on my salad, but aside from that it was fine. More croutons could have helped but that's just me loving bread. The wrap however looked dinky. Half a wrap. It was a mere 3-4 inches long. It looked promising because of the amount of chicken and lettuce it held. One bite in, no spice. There was a lot of healthy flavors going on, but as I continued I was wondering where the spice was. There was no heat at all. I wasn't dying for water or sweating. It was nice, but could have been better with the some sort of spiciness. Overall my portion size could have been more and things could have had more flavors. This place has really gone downhill. I used to be a manager here in the early 2000's and we would have NEVER accepted the level of service and food quality that is going on here now. We were seated pretty quickly, but that was the end of the attention we got. Luckily my buddy Jayne still works here as a bartender and I was able to get her attention to find a server. Attached is the picture of the 2 for $25 'half rack' of ribs my husband waited 10 minutes longer than the 25 minutes the rest of us waited for our food, which was cold when it arrived anyway. The ledge behind the both we were seated at was so filthy so it was obvious that noone had wiped it down in many days. Disgusting, we will never be back. You stink Applebee's. read more
