There is reserved spaces in the side of this Applebees and a separate entrance. Don't be bashful and announce your presence and the staff are very helpful. Spinach artichoke dip with chips and I had the fiesta lime chicken meal. Food was okay. The rice had small pieces of green pepper which I can't eat. Today I took my Mom out to lunch to the Eustis location. Stacia was our server and she was so awesome! Thank you Stacia for making my day out with my Mom a fun and relaxing time. OMG that burger was SO good! The burger and bacon were cooked perfectly, all of the veggies were fresh and the bun was toasted. The fries were fresh and the seasoning that was on the fries was perfect. It was a great lunch. The restaurant seemed very clean and organized. The bathroom was super clean. Ok, ai know I should not expect Cocktails and Dreams from any Applebees but when you put food on a menu, at least give people what their money is worth. My wife and I spent $50 on a take out order. I got the Oriental chicken Salad and she got a half rack of ribs. Big mistake on the ribs. They were dry as gun powder and twice as dangerous. Who has the audacity to put food out like this and charge what they charge for them. So If I complain to management nothing is gonna happen and they will brush it off. So I haven't even opened my box with my salad because if you have no shame in sending out food like this, then I am gonna cut it as a loss. I visit at Applebee's a lot over the past 20 years. Exactly what you expect from a bar and grill. The food isn't the greatest but they have a decent selection of a variety of foods. An easy place to go to get a quick and easy meal but Don't expect a 4 or 5-star dish. The service is decent and the staff are very hospitalable. It was very pleasant atmosphere so the animals is very welcoming. The wonton tacos are popular item. They have half price appetizers after 10:00 pm and karaoke on Thursday nights around 9/10pm. I would completely stay away from the boneless wings, STAY AWAY! They are having a 50cent boneless wing deal going on and I guess for that price you get what you pay for. read more

Drove through this plaza looking for a lunch spot and came in here. It was crazy cold inside but my sweaty body needed that. Jasmin was my server and she was really nice and quick with getting drinks and meal. Got the passionfruit lemonade that was delicious and got a good two cups in me. Ordered the ribs with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. There were two packets of salt and pepper which I sprinkled onto the mashed taters because I like that spice to kick in. I was a little nervous to go with all the bad reviews on Yelp, but I was surprised. It's probably been 15 years since I have been to an Applebee's, but we needed something to eat and it was almost 9pm. Not a lot of options are available in the area after 9pm, so we were thrilled to know they were open to midnight. Now you have to know where you are and keeping that in mind...the food was good! We had the prime rib dipper sandwich and the wonton chicken tacos which was our bartender's recommendation. Travis was a great bartender and a delight to chat with. When we go back, it will be mostly for him. :) Great late night specials and the drink prices are very reasonable. I had the absolute worst restaurant experience that I can remember. I guess they figure they want bar business at night but they totally ignore the needs of someone who wants to dine. I have nothing against karaoke however the music was at a level you would expect at Miami dolphins stadium, not a small restaurant! The singing was very loud to compete with the music! We visited Applebees restaurant because of the commercial "all you can eat" special 14.99 shrimp ,riblets and buffalo bites. My husband waited so long for each choice. Forced to eat one at a time. Very disappointing meats and only had time to eat 2 of the 3 options. My order was the sirloin meal and also very cheap piece of steak. We have gone to this restaurant in the past years in Maryland and for the most it was very satisfying. I can honestly say the quality of food and lack of service is really suffering. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of Applebee's. The service was fine, although it could have been better. I had a party with me, and some ordered medium-rare steak that looked like it was cooked on extremely high heat, so it was browned on all sides but completely raw once you cut into it. I would've thought that they ordered extremely rare steaks. I could not find anything that appetizing is I got a basic order of the chicken tenders and fries. I had another person from my party order a rack of ribs. Although they looked good and were pretty tender, there was barely any meat on it. We came on a Tuesday night, around 11, and we were exhausted after this meal! We just wanted to eat and get home to bed! Well, what can you expect for a restaurant that opens 11 in lake county? I had so much fun munching and talking about about family things. The server was super nice, she asked me if I wanted more water, and of course, I said "yes, please." Then she poured me another glass of water. The only flaw was the mash potato has bacon in it, and I HATE, I repeat, HATE, spelled: capitalized H, capitalized A, capitalized T, capitalized E, bacon. Went there for dinner tonight. Our server was great. The Butcher's Meat and Potatoes looked delicious, so my husband and I both ordered it... the picture on the menu is deceiving, to say the least. There is a picture from their menu, and a picture of what I was served. I put the fork on my plate for size comparison. There were exactly 6 tiny pieces of meat. One small scoop of potatoes, a few skinny slices of mushroom, some stewed tomatoes, a few fried onions on top. I'm pretty sure the gravy was juice from the can of stewed tomatoes. When you compare the two pictures, it's shameful. We would have been better off getting a burger, at the very least, it would have been more filling. read more

For some reason, my wife loves this place. I've spent $100+ there this week. Food is ok but tonight was the final straw. I ordered a drink with dinner, then two, then three. Drink one clearly contained alcohol, drink two did not seem to have any and so I ordered a third. Drink three was identical to drink two. I asked my waiter to confirm with the bartender that drinks two and three actually contained alcohol. He returned to explain that his manager physically saw alcohol being poured for my drinks. Extremely Poor management!! Today is 4/13/2019 at 11:40PM. I ordered food through Uber Eats first, I placed the order it gave me a estimated time of 40 minutes until delivery. Not a big deal on the 40 minute wait. After a hour passes still no food, one hour and 20 minutes passes still no food I decided to call the restaurant to see if they made it before I canceled the order. As soon as I called the manager answered I asked about the food she was very snippy and rude her first word was you need to call Uber eats that is not our problem. I was shocked so what did I do call Uber eats and have the order canceled. I then decided to still order food and go pick it up, I ordered a boneless wing app, and I wanted to order a chicken Parmesan and sub the pasta, which I have done numerous times at Applebee's with a minimum up charge. The Manager sat there and argued with me and told me she would not sub the pasta, her words were " we do not do that, it is a set entree you can change anything." I explained to her I have numerous times before and I just waited over a hour and a half for food that never came and now you want to argue with me? Then raise your voice and tell me you are to busy to deal with this and you want sub the pasta you will charge me for a full side?? Where is the hospitality or the customer service at?? I would never in my life speak to someone the way she did. She should be suspended or terminated, I will not be back because of her. Over freaking subbing a pasta!!! read more

The food is what you'd expect from this cookie-cutter, chain "casual dining" restaurant: not great, not bad. Same with the service (depending on the night). Honestly, there is very little that makes the Eustis Applebee's stand out among it's competitors as far as restaurants go. However, at least they try to branch out at night, offering various bar activities. I went there on a Thursday and had a great time singing Karaoke, although there were a lot of kids there (I think it's not limited to 21 and up). These corporate chains will never get higher than 3 stars from me, because no matter where you are, you can find a better alternative that is independently run. But the Eustis Applebee's gets a solid 3 from me for their effort to stand out by also establishing themselves as a legitimate BAR. read more

Tonight was a good night! Sometimes it is a miss at this location depending on who is serving and who is cooking, but tonight was spot on. Everyone's food was cooked perfectly and came out quickly even though they were super packed already (5:30 on a Fri). Also, the servings were appropriate, I've been here for lunch many times in the past and whoever was cooking would short you on whatever you ordered like half filled french onion soup to almost nothing on a sandwich or half the amount of fries you're supposed to get, it would piss me off!! We sat in the bar area (where you can seat yourself, no need to wait!) and our server was awesome. He never let us run out of drinks. The bar area does seem to have the best service because you've really got two to three ppl waiting on you, one taking orders and getting drinks and other ppl running food. read more

Took FOREVER to get our Drinks, Not All Drinks were Served at the Same time. We ordered our food , again NOT SERVED at the same time. Girlfriend ordered a Cheeseburger as did her Son, the Toppings on Burgers were Switched up, Son got Her toppings and Visa Versa, the SA handed a Very Hot Plate to her with out ever telling her the Plate was Extremely Hot Thus Burning her hand. New Years Eve and we decided to eat here with our 9 y/o daughter. It was the worst experience I have ever had dining out. We arrived after 9:00 pm and there was no wait. Only about 10 tables with guest. Manager came and took our order. Drinks and Appetizers came fine and then everything fell apart. Our entrees were all mixed up.
