I'll start by saying the person in charge of the dining room made good on this horrible excuse for a salad by allowing me to go to the salad bar and make my own using fresh ingredients. Note also that the salmon was very good. What came out of the kitchen was some mixed greens that should've been thrown in the trash with some bagged coleslaw mix thrown in the bottom of the bowl. We went on a Wednesday and I had the salad bar for $7.99 and a broccoli cheddar cheese soup $2.00. The soup was excellent with chunks of broccoli and cheese. The salad bar was good with three kinds of olives, boiled eggs, blue cheese crumbles, Parmesan, tomatoes, sesame seeds, beets, and broccoli salad. Many great choices. Our server was pleasant and efficient. My husband had the smash burger with tater tots. They were cold and had been sitting awhile. Next time, we'll request that they're made fresh. Several of the booth seats were badly ripped and disgraceful! The carpet is worn and needs to be replaced. The restroom floor was stained and needs to be redone. There's a beautiful painting on the wall of an elegant restaurant that made me wish we were there instead of this rundown restaurant. I was in the Village's today and my sister wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday.. Never been to this one. We did soup and Salad bar. First thing we get to the plates, well some were not clean? in fact the first 6 we looked at , then we get to the lettuce and some of that didn't look too fresh but for the most part the rest of the salad bar was good, there is a lot to choose from. Our service was very good Brittany was our waitress and very nice and attentive, I did inform her about the plates. The inside was pretty nice too, I only gave a three because plates should be clean. We asked to sit in Amber's area as she is and has always been an outstanding waitress. She is kind, sweet, happy and it makes us always feel so happy to be here. I ordered on DoorDash. The description clearly says the steak comes with a baked potato -- and even lets you add a second side. So I added a second side... and guess what? That's all I got! They completely withheld the baked potato that was supposed to come with it. Who does that?! In this case steak only (photo attached) means I don't wanna add an extra meat to it, but it says it comes with the side as a meal -- not that I would only get the steak. It's just saying steak only, because I didn't add some other up charge. And make it even more clear it said second side. And don't even get me started on the pasta. I have no idea why they would take a perfectly good dish and drown it in salt. It tasted like someone dropped the entire salt shaker right in the pan and said, "Yep, that's fine." I couldn't even eat it! That's so rare I have to completely trash a dish because the salt - in pasta no less! I truly wanted to like this place -- I was rooting for them! But after tonight? DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RUBY TUESDAY. If what we got is indicative of their PICKUP, I'd avoid that too -- unless you like over paying for pidly. We had come home from challenging day at the hospital, we wanted comfort food and had many different dietary needs and preferences. I had fondly remembered the Ruby Tuesday that was near my house in Georgia and had not eaten there in several years but expected it to be good and knew they offered a broad array of options. I looked it up, found this location, and saw there were multiple options for pick up or delivery. We chose delivery with Door Dash as I have an account with Tmobile for free delivery. Our delivery guy was prompt and friendly. Food was warm even with the drive. And much of the food was tasty. We had 4 dinner orders and a side: Salmon and zucchini with upgrade sided of broccoli & cheese soup. Petite steak with side potato and upgrade side of broccoli Rack of ribs with a side potato upgraded to be loaded. Coconut Shrimp platter with french fries and chili dipping sauce. Side of loaded potato. What we got.... not even a cup of broccoli cheese soup -- ok for the $2.99 upgrade but hardly worth the $5.99 it would normally have cost as a straight side. Fish was reported to be OK, the pidly amount of zucchini seemed reheated rather than roasted. Look at the what we were 'sold' and what we got. Petite steak was tasty and cooked right, tender. I was disappointed by the small amount of broccoli for the $2 uplift and even more disappointed that they forgot my baked potato. The Rack of Ribs were tender and had the side potato but no Load... not even butter or sour cream. Just a rock of a potato. Coconut shrimp were tasty according to that person... why go so light on fries for this platter -- and forgot the chili sauce on this order. And the loaded potato was a joke... a rock of a potato with a cup of all the load.. like a smidge of chives, bacon, cheese...I guess there was sour cream and butter in that. NOTHING like that picture at all. AND the bill came in at $115.93 before tax and tip - 4 dinners...with upgrades that were upgrade in $$ only and forgotten elements of 2 of the meals.... and one laughable $6 side that looked like something they serve at a grab and go at a hospital cafeteria. So if this is how they pack and serve their food for pick up or delivery, go somewhere else or suck it up you will pay 5 star for 1 star quality. read more

My wife loved the good and fresh ingredients on the salad bar. The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered tasted good, but it wasn't all that crispy. Their draft beer selection is about average, but I do like the 2 for 1 happy hour. Their service is fast, friendly and Victoria took good care of us. I called the store several times I requested a gift card for replacement of my meals when I called the store at least seven times wanted to speak to the manager. Have been ordering the bourbon glazed salmon and my boyfriend orders the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Both have always been great but our visit last Sunday was a complete disappointment. An evening meal required us to search out a dining establishment on the north side of the villages for a satisfying dinner. We approached the hostess stand behind a larger group of patrons (7) who got there first. . We all waited for her to verify that there was a set up for the larger group and that tables were ready. A short time later, she returned and whisked off the group to then leave us with another different person the verify our group size (2) and off we went to be seated with menus in front of us. Our server approached our booth and asked for our drink choices and we all chose water. Minutes later, she returned and took our food requests and then went into the computer kiosk to enter our order on the terminal for kitchen preparation. The restaurant was not too busy, and after. A While, I noticed the warming area, where prepared food is placed for server pick up and delivery had two items that looked like it could be our food. 4 minutes went by and finally a delivery person finally brought out our food. It was not real hot, but not too cold either, so we dove into the meals. My wife's Cajun chicken with pasta had a good spice to it, but the chicken was over cooked and a bit dry. My grilled chicken sandwich brought the same overcooked chicken, being dry nd not moist at all. The tomato and mayonnaise helped a bit. The food was good but the place itself is in disrepair. Wallpaper pealing, seat are worn and torn, restroom not so great and wow the dust is so thick it's starting to look like a layer of dirty snow. Everyone knows that on the weekend you can get a salad bar for $10. I went there with my wife and I got the salad bar for her and something else for me. But when the bill came out they charged 13.50 for the salad bar! The waitress said, well that's our normal price and I told her about the weekend special. She brought the manager over. The manager immediately acquiesced and said we'll knock that down to $10. The funny thing is when I told her that you get that salad bar all weekend for $10, she didn't want to acknowledge that. She just acted like I was wrong and she was doing me a favor. In the past the waitresses have hassled me about the $10 weekend specials. For example, one time they said you have to have a code or you can't get the special, so I looked it up on the internet and it said no code is necessary. If I didn't know better, I'd say that they were happier to kick you out of the restaurant then to give you the discounts that they advertise so heavily. Whatever I go there, my guard is up because I'm waiting to see how they're going to try to cheat me. The owner and managers must know about the rudeness and treatment of their customers, but so far they've done nothing. If I managed or owned that restaurant, I would stop that abuse immediately. I love Ruby Tuesday in general. Whenever I see one when traveling, I make note, and often plan a visit. Love the menu and salad bar, as many seniors do. This one in the Villages has staff and management issues. I left earlier in the week when the remark from the hostess was " I will seat you if I can locate a server for you ", after a 10 minute further wait.... I left. Different hostess tonight, but the same comment. She did seat us right away. They had few customers. Eventually the bartender served and waited on us. So I just sat at the bar and I ordered a hamburger medium with well-done fries and a salad. The fries came they were limp. They were not crispy and they were mushy. So I sent him back then I've been into the hamburger in the hamburger with ice cold, don't ask me how they did that. Then the server came back with another order of fries, at the bar and I've bit into it and it tasted as bad as the first set of fries. And she swears they just took it out of the oven. I said it's still soggy and it's not well done. And I said I'd like to see a manager. The lady behind the bar, Just gave me a bill. Didn't get the manager so I paid my bill walked out to the front asked for manager and the lady at the front said the manager was busy, but she would try to get them for me. I said never mind. Salad bar was clean and everything looked amazing. The rice on the salad bar was to die for, yes cold rice with cranberries, peas, carrots, corn, tomatoes and sunflower seeds. My daughter's steak was cooked perfectly. My Asiago chicken with bacon was a bit salty, mashed potatoes were blah and broccoli needed butter.
