I go here regularly bc it's near my house & is open late (which the only non-fast food place open late). Sometimes they can be a little slow to get the food out, esp if they're busy, but they make up for it with the fact that the food is consistently good. Service is also very good. It's always very clean. I placed a to-go order recently, & they happened to forget 1 of my sides, so I had to go & pick it up. Bc they forgot the side, they offered me a free dessert, I told them that I don't eat sugary foods & they allowed me to order chicken wonton tacos instead, which they ended up giving me 3 extra tacos & some coleslaw along with it, which definitely made up for the frustration of them forgetting my side! read more

Probably doesn't even deserve a star. We came in around 850pm. Party of 5 (3 kids). It wasn't crowded. Maybe one other party in the area our server was. Our server's name was Mechelle. She gave us the menus and we ordered drinks. We said we needed a minute to order appetizers and dinner. Each of my kids needed the restroom so I took them. The waitress came to our table while we were gone and my husband ordered the apps and asked her to come back because the kids hadn't decided. She didn't come back for 10 mins at least. Someone else brought the appetizers out. No one brought us plates or asked if we needed anything. Then she came to take our order around 9:15 and our food didn't come until after 10pm. Numerous other tables got their meals before us that had been seated after us. I noticed the manager talking to the table behind us and chatting with them like they were regulars. They got served their food first (party of 4 adults). Two of my kids got their meals and they brought out our salads with the kids meals around 9:50. My other child, my husband and I waited another 10-15 mins for our food. When we got it the fries were cold with the burger. She didn't ask us if we wanted sauces or anything else. Didn't offer napkins. We got refills one time and ran out of water and lemonade. She didn't ask us about dessert. We asked to pay in the kiosk and for two boxes and she didn't acknowledge us. So we paid and left. We didn't bother with the manager because our kids were so tired. The waitress made it a point to bring the printed receipt to the table even though the info was wrong. I didn't bother taking pics of the food even though it was pretty good. Minus the cold fries. Service was terrible. Usually Applebees is much better than this esp when it's late and hardly anyone in the dining room. read more

Walked in on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Got seated when the lady who was working the bar and waiting tables noticed I've been standing for a minute or two at the entrance. She was very friendly and warm. Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp was alright. The chicken did have a hint of old cooking oil. Though it was not overpowering, one could still tell. Ambiance is typical of any Applebee's but it was not busy at that time. read more

I haven't been to one of these in likely over a decade, but the boss and I were down the street in a snowstorm and it was quick and convenient to eat before our meeting. The service was good, attentive and quick. My blackened salmon wasn't horrible, but the best part was the broccoli, well seasoned and not over cooked to mush (like you often find and these type of big chains). read more

Wasn't thrilled about our service. We sat down quickly once entering the restaurant, but our server was off chatting it up with some other table for quite some time. It was super annoying to wait that long!! The food was just sub-par, nothing great. I finally was asked if I wanted a soda drink refill and waited for it to arrive...and waited...then noticed she had forgot it. Once she went back again to get the refill she walked past me with the drink and had to come back to give it to me. The server was lucky my friend was paying, because they wouldn't have got a good tip from me. If they're working for tips, they need to work on their customer service. I really have to stop giving this place chances. I hate leaving one star reviews, especially during these times, but it's not like that's going to hurt a huge chain like these guys, amirite?! Applebee's overall is just not a great restaurant. Terrible and inattentive service followed by awkward menu items that fail to provide any flavor nor satiety. My Chicken Wonton Tacos (tangy grilled chicken sweet Asian chile sauce, dumpling sauce stuffed into wonton shells topped with slaw and cilantro mix, $6.99) were horrendous. The taco shell was soggy on all the tacos, like the dish had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. Furthermore, what I did manage to eat had zero flavor. I took maybe 3 bites before asking the waitress to take it away so I didn't have to took at the disgusting pile of mush that was supposed to be tacos. I wasn't charged for the meal, but after countless bad experiences and money wasted I cannot get my finger to tap "2 stars" so this is it. I will never return to Applebee's. read more

My sandwich had a burnt smell about it so I flipped it open and there wasn't but a drop of ranch and just few pieces of burnt bacon. Overall had a good experience. Our server was new and did a great job! My kids ordered the hamburger kids meal and the chicken fingers. Both were $5.99. My daughter opted for the applesauce over fries. It was nice to have that option. A few of the other sides for the kids meal were broccoli, applesauce, fries or mashed potatoes. I ordered the Mac and cheese with the honey glazed chicken on top. It was super good. I would say it is probably in the range of 1300 calories so if you are good with that it is so worth it. It also comes with a bread stick. They use penne noodles, and include 4 different types of cheese which is great. During the COViD season, they are taking lots of precautions. I felt safe. Masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing and tables spread apart. They also have a happy hour 3-6, and after 9pm that includes drink specials and 1/2 price appetizers. read more

My sister and I were staying at the motel across the street. We were seated immediately and got our water. The server, Jade, checked on us every few minutes to see if we were ready to order. I ordered the all you can eat boneless chicken wings with garlic and parmesan cheese. The wings were very good, but the Parmesan cheese was grated on top and not melted at all. It also included a side of coleslaw. The fries were hot and fresh. I would order it again. My sister ordered bone in chicken wings. She asked for all "flats" and was accommodated with a smile. Staying at a hotel in the parking lot. Came in at shift change and the hostess was less than enthusiastic about her job. We weren't sure we were starting off very well, but Renee came over, said she wasn't our waitress but could get our drinks. At some point Shelby showed up and thru out the meal they both started taking care of us. Even tho they were busy and Shelby was the only waitress for the dining room, she kept stopping by. We felt more like old friends by the time dinner and drinks were over and never went without! Food was great, apps were awesome, drinks were always full, husbands beer was refilled and great! Those girls hustled and never once stopped but were always so fun and attentive. Thanks for a great dinner after a VERY stressful day and an even more stressful one of 15 hours of travel tomorrow. The food was great. The meal came out quick and was the perfect temperature. The negatives unfortunately weighed heavily on my rating. It was 6pm dinner and about halfway through my meal the cut the lights in half making it very difficult to see in the restaurant. The server I had must have had more important people to talk with since she stayed at one of her tables for nothing short of half the time I ate my dish. I was disappointed in the amount of the servers attention that I did not receive. I didn't even get a refill, which was well needed by the time I had already finished my meal and paid. WEAK. OK, they are open late, being a plus when you have been driving for nearly 14 hours and the only reason they are NOT getting a 1-star rating. The server was friendly enough, but she was also the hostess, seating newcomers rather than focusing on her customer's needs. The place was unusually busy for a Monday night and the Dodgers were playing on the TVs in the bar, but I was not given the option of sitting there for some reason. I was too tired to object. I ordered the Whisky Bacon Burger ($12.29 - "no pink") which, according to the menu, has "caramelized onions and bacon seared into an all-beef patty PILED with Pepper Jack cheese, crispy onions, Applewood-smoked bacon and Fireball® Whisky-infused steak sauce on a Brioche bun". "Piled" is quite a stretch because this was one of the smallest $12 plus hamburgers I have ever had and it and the accompanying smattering of "classic fries" did not even come close to filling the not so large plate. The flavor of the burger was not bad and the fries lukewarm, but my "no pink" burger was definitely undercooked (see photo) even though their menu also states: "CONSUMING RAW OR UNDERCOOKED MEATS ... MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS". I was too hungry to send it back and still hungry after my meal, having been the only one I consumed the entire day. Fortunately, I did not get sick. I do not order soft drinks i when I eat out and alcohol was not an option without my designated driver, so I had water, bringing the total to $15 plus for a very disappointing burger and fries. My boys and I ate at another national chain (famous for their salad bars) in Dillon, Colorado the night before, paying just $12.99 (only 70¢ more) for an incredible all-you-can-eat salad, a larger "Smokehouse Burger" with more and hotter fries, AND dessert (hot fudge cake with ice cream and whipped cream). Needless to say, I will not be eating a Applebee's again, preferring any fast food chain's burger and fries at half the price paid here. My wife and I had lunch with our nephew there today. Isabella, our Server, was magnificent. I didn't think to tell her how I wanted my steak cooked and when I said I couldn't eat it as it was over done she, the manager, the cook staff, everyone bent over backwards to make sure our dining experience was top notch.
