We also received aerial drone images of our roof! Overall the report was easy to understand and very detailed. Scott inspected our new home in November giving it very minimal concerns. Even went as far as saying it was "pristine" on several occasions. While he pointed out several trivial items, he missed some huge items. If Scott has identified any of these items we would have made a different decision. Right after we moved in the heat and AC didn't work in part of the home, the roof started leaking, and my kids fell very ill. Their doctor did bloodwork and identified heightened mold. After I came home from the doctor I found the problem areas pretty easily within minutes in both their bedrooms behind the dry wall that was buckling from the raised planters. When a remediation company came we found black mold was infested in both their bedrooms and in another room we use as an office. We had to completely gut the office, spent thousands upon thousands to seal the problem areas and rip out the dry walls in the kids rooms. He mentioned the planters were not code in his report but neglected to complete the job, but gave the inside walls a passed inspection review. After spending thousands on the remediation not to mention our whole family falling ill from this, we reached out for remediation efforts. Instead of sympathy, compassion, or a desire to help solve and understand he pointed a lot of fingers. Apparently when trying to solve the serious health issue with our family and remediation significant damage our top priority should have been informing him within 3 days of any concerns. After the first unpleasant experience trying to remediate with Scott, we had 3 separate bathroom plumbing incidents (also lead to subsequent mold). I informed him within 3 days to make sure we complied with the unreasonable timelines he proceeded to contact every contractor involved (without us being on the call) to try to find a way to weasel his way out of any responsibility. They all let us know exactly how the conversation went and stressed this was pre-existing. However Scott decided to declare the case was closed with no further action. For such a significant purchase with your family well being on the line I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Awful awful service and even less professional accountability. We have filed claims with all appropriate agencies to try to make sure this won't happen to another family. read more

Scott has a FLIR camera and located about 5 areas in the walls/ceilings that were not properly insulated....very important in AZ. Please think twice before using this company. Aside from his lack of knowledge in many areas of his business Scott is completely unprofessional. He littered his business cards all over my home. Instead of just taking pictures of the areas he noted on his report and leaving my home as he entered it he jammed his business card all over my attic and roof. When I asked him clean the mess he created and retrieve his cards he refused. I had a licensed roofer, who has been in the business for 40 years, look at the roof and his assessment and he was blown away by his lack of knowledge and couldn't believe he littered his business cards everywhere. Was hired by the buyers to inspect my home. Knocked a bunch of dust and insulation out of the attic and just left it or tracked it around the rest of the house. Left lights on in the house when they left. Kicked over the dog food dish and didn't bother cleaning any of it up at all. Changed the pool pump from running the schedule to not come on at all. I can't speak to their inspection abilities, but they seem to give no respect to the homeowners of houses they inspect. read more
