Dad went in yesterday to fix his phone when he walked in a nice young lady offered to help him even though he had not made an appointment. Then a guy That I'm guessing "Was The Man In Charged" or pretty damn seem liked it told him he had to wait till 9 like everyone else because he had not made an appointment which was fine but when someone that works there offered to help him knowing he didn't have an appointment. I had an issue with an order that I made online in store. I was so distraught when I went in to address this issue. I was paired with the store manager Korlynn and (WOW), what an awesome lady. 1st off Korlynn calmed me down and then proceeded to address my issue with compassion and professionalism. I'm a manager and know how important it is to gain the clients trust when dealing with an issue. Miss Korlynn not only dealt with my issue with compassion and professionalism, but she made it a point to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. Later my wife and I went back into the store to take care of some business. Miss Korlynn was leaving for the night and recognized me. She stopped to be sure I had no other issues and bid my wife and I a good night. Before leaving she said if I needed anything don't hesitate to reach back out to her. I could go on and on about Miss Korlynn but you get the point. My eyes are welling up as I'm writing this review thinking of the superb service that Miss Korlynn rendered. The people at the store are nice and knowledge able. However Apples hardware support model is worse then the DMV. There aren't any appointments for two weeks I leave for business on Monday. I showed up 30 minutes before the sore opened to talk to some that my iPAD is indeed a brick and to give me a new one. After getting to the store 30 Minutes early there is already an hour and a half wait? All for someone to tell me something I already know. Took an iPad in for some assistance at the Genius Bar. Wasn't pumped on the service we received. The gentleman who helped us was so reluctant to try to diagnose any issues, turned out to be a big waste of time. While waiting for a few tests to run, he said he was going to leave help other guests but was no where to be found when the tests were done. I've already had to wait an hour and now I have to wait more? Major inconvenience! Please train your staff to be more efficient and empathetic, it will bring your guests back and your Yelp ratings up-if you even care. read more

I have an iPod and the button on the front stopped working...can't push it. This makes using the iPod very difficult. I was out of town and happy I located an Apple Store even though it was almost a 1/2 hour drive. I went to the store, and waited for someone to help me...right help me...not at this store. I was turned away. TURNED AWAY! Never have I been turned away from an Apple Store, but I was from this store. I called the next day at 7:00pm to let them know I'd be coming out. The girl that answered the phone asked me to wait a minute. Ten minutes later, she came back on the line and told me they were about to close and couldn't help me. Really (again), they close at 9pm and when I said you aren't about to close, she said well, we are in a couple of hours and we can't help you tonight. When I again told here I was out of town, and that I travel almost full time and my next stop doesn't have a store close she acted like I was bothering her. Don't give this store your business. They could care less about their customers. If I didn't teach companies about how to provide better customer service maybe I'd be dumb enough to think this was okay. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We checked in at 12 noon. They tell us it will be a 3 hour wait. We shop, eat lunch, shop some more and go back to the Apple Store. I ask how much longer the wait and it is 3:00. They tell me it is another hour and a half. I live one hour away. I could have come checked in driven home and come back in this time frame. My iMac was being worked on here and decided not to pay the amount that it was going to cost to fix. Came to pick it up and when they brought it out it was dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. There was even dirt and stuff under the glass. I asked them to clean it and got the old roll eyed look and ridiculous attitude. They took it back to clean it and then told me I would have to wait a few because they were busy with other repairs. I said that's okay then 20 minutes by. Still no computer. Hey Apple, shunning works both ways. You refuse to allow me to pay you to replace a battery on my out of warranty IPhone 6 because I had it replaced before by a 3rd party on an emergency basis and waste 3 hours of my time in the process. And tell me that my only option is to pay you $325 for a replacement phone when my phone was working fine other than needing a battery. Fine. I shun you too. You have lost a customer who has purchased many multiples of your major products including MacBooks, IPads, phones, iPods and TV units. But never again. Imagine how long a car dealer would last with a similar policy. People are going to wise up to your product life cycles and stop putting up with your condescending personnel. Since moving to TX 11 years ago, I have been a customer of Willowbrook Apple Store. I either make an appointment at home and arrive on time, or I stop in unannounced and ask for one. I am given a time and texted along the way so I know how much time I have to shop. Have never had a problem being served in a timely manner. Have found technicians here to be top notch. One tech (whose name escapes me) found a problem that techs in CA couldn't diagnose; he took 2 hours to assist me in downloading and saving all my information after a glitch that could have been disastrous. There seem to be fewer techs than service reps, so it looks as if reps may be "hanging around"; perhaps they are in training. The techs use their time to the max, helping 2 or more customers at a time as info downloads or Mac, phones, watches are diagnosed. May not be a perfect system and in need of some fine tuning. The instructors are also top notch--patient and well informed, making training interesting and fun as well as informative. Most Apple employees seem to enjoy their work, and that is a plus. I will take Apples and Macs over the alternative. My take. read more

Bought an IP6+ at the Tomball Verizon store. Immediately started having issues with the phone. On the 14th day, apparently the last day that I could return the phone, I had enough and called Verizon support about the issues. Verizon could not assist me, so transferred me to apple. Apple asked me to do several phone reset and restores from different backups, and then said if all else fails, restore as a new phone. I did what they asked over the next 2 days, but on the second day the phone shutoff and would NOT power up. Went to the Tomball Verizon store where I purchased it, but was turned away since I was outside my 14 day return period, by 2 days!!!, despite my repeated issues with the phone that obviously indicated that the phone is defective. The manager's choice to send me away nearly made me close my 9-phone ($500 month) account with Verizon. I am still smoking mad. Apple determined the phone was defective. Although Apple swapped out the defective phone, they wouldn't do it unless I bought the $129 Apple care! I feel that given the problem history of the phone from the beginning, and that it was determined defective by Verizon and Apple, that I should be permitted additional days to return the phone. But no. Lesson- RETURN ALL APPLE PHONES WITH ISSUES NO LATER THAN THE LAST DAY OF YOUR RETURN PERIOD REGARDLESS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!!!! God speed to you all! read more

The personnel (geniuses?) are very condescending and patronizing. They speak very fast and explain poorly. The products are excellent, but the service is lousy. In the 2 yrs that I have used Apple products, I have had only one or two truly courteous staff members help me. My husband and I came here to purchase 2 Iphones. A guy helped us to open a joined account with Verizon. He didn't even introduced himself. The whole time while he was opening the account, all he said was :"punch in your information." x2 , and "check your phone to see if it's ok." x2. All that was fine, but the worst thing is: he ended up opened two separate accounts instead of a joined family plan that he was suppose to do. I was given a 15 minute wait to get a replacement charger cable for a phone under warranty. 45 minutes later the woman at check in told me I still have the option to leave, if I don't want to wait. Zero acknowledgement of her serious error in wait time. It's swapping a cable and it requires a technician. I get that this is a busy joint but this is a poorly run place. Horrible customer service , went in there just trying toreset my iphone xs max because when you forget your passcode apple makes it so hard tjat you need a itunes to reset it and erase your whole phone they just do it so you buy there super expensive macbook, the guy who i asked i dont know his name but he is hispanic started having an attitude and being rude telling me that only way is an appointment that i have to wait 2 hrs ! Not special needs friendly! We were out at a restaurant when my autistic son's ipod stopped working. We can't keep him calm and go anywhere without his ipod. We rushed to the apple store to see if they could help. After waiting and sending us from person to person (and NOT in a friendly way) we were told since we didn't have an appointment we had to come back tomorrow! Meanwhile my son is becoming more and more agitated! No exceptions! We went across the street to Best Buy (geek squad). I wish I could give negative stars. I have been a loyal customer to apple for ten years and have spent thousands of dollars there. I can't update my card on file for some reason. My old card expired. After spending hours on the phone I was directed to the store. I was basically told there is nothing they can do for me. The initial rep tried to help and was very nice. When he couldn't help, he got the manager. The manager was rude and clearly had no desire to help me. All I got was find someone with a computer you can borrow and try that way. When I asked if that didn't work what was I supposed to do and I was told they had no solution. I was still on the phone with customer service who also said they couldn't help. So my guess is after having the same itunes account for more than a decade I am expected to create a new one and lose all my purchases.
