My first experience here was on a Release weekend. As you can imagine it was incredibly crowded and without an appointment I was not even going to be able to get in the store. However, one of their very friendly and helpful associates told me that I could Purchase the product online and have Uber Eats deliver it to me at my home within a couple of hours. She then also let me know how I could handle my trade-ins the following week and still have the credit applied to my purchase. Very friendly. Very helpful. Of course, as one would expect, the store was very clean and modern looking

Great at solving tech issues with their devices. Very good customer service; having been a customer for a very long time.

I had my phone sitting on the wall upstairs and it was knocked off and took quite a spill. It likely did more than the "military grade drop test" that most cases boast protecting. This time I full on destroyed the screen. And having a job now that wasn't okay. I needed to get this fixed ASAP. I was really worried because despite having Apple Care + I thought this is a several hundred dollar repair. But it was a $0 repair. $0. YES!!! Winner winner apple dinner. Glad I invested in that especially since I'm a hot mess and constantly breaking my glass. Well at least I invested in some better cases and I'm TRYING to be more careful. So hopefully I won't be back anytime soon.

No matter the location, they're never easy to access. The stores are always jam packed full. And there's not a single staff member that is easy to get a hold of. They're either non-existent, busy talking to other customers, or chatting with each other. Or you finally speak to an employee but they add you to a waitlist or have to find someone else to help you. Theoretically you can book an appointment, but what's the point of having an open store if everything needs an appointment? You can't just pick up a product and go buy it at a cashier. I think their stores were very innovative when they first opened, but they haven't scaled with the popularity of the iPhone. Instead of buying at Apple, I'm planning to go to Costco or Best Buy for a slightly better purchasing experience.

Their Geeksquad is definitely not what it used to be. I had a particularly awful experience where they came to attempt to repair my washer. Their "fix" didn't work at all (the first time I used it, the day after the fix, it was back to being broken again), and when I decided to purchase a new washer they refused to credit the failed fix attempt, so there are some hard feelings there. Also if you go in their store, and need help picking out the right appliance, or get a demo, you are usually completely out of luck. They've cut back their staff so far that often there is literally nobody there to help. Yet they keep the door greeter, lol. Priorities? Still... with the sate of retail establishments being that they now are, Best Buy still stands out as a pretty good place to go for a lot of things, and I appreciate that they are still in business.

After 35 years in retail sales and having always taken real customer service very seriously, I could not believe the demeanor and genuine courtesy Tanner showed. He listened to my needs and offered a series of solutions and preemptively answered questions before I could mumble them out loud. Ended up with the perfect solution within budget. Tanner, thank you for making it so smooth and easy.

He sounded so disappointed I wasn't into buying, I mention the 8GB GTX 3070 I have and some high latency DDR4. He just sticks to the ram and says he doesn't buy it, then I reiterated the 3070-- you could tell he perked up. "Oh! You have a 3070?!" I tell him, "Yes, that is what I said." I ask his going rate, he just wants me to throw out a number-- mind you, I had no idea this is the owner (apparently). I ask again, his rate-- he wants to tell me that before he can offer he has to run tests and the tests could in fact take days. Days?! Now, I've ran a shop like this before. I have a background in CIS. I know the tests necessary, a benchmark, a processing overview to check for spikes-- simple things. Never takes, DAYS. I ask, "When was the last time you bought a 3070?" He replied, "a few days ago." I ask him how much he gave, he told me, "100 bucks." I admittedly scoff, I wanted more like 225, I ask him to meet me in the middle at 150. He wants to tell me more about his tests. I inquire further on these, "tests." He is now coping a attitude, wants to let me know he is the owner and at this point he isn't interested and he wouldn't be, "dropping the things he needs to do to run a business." Well, I'll tell ya what, I wouldn't want to shop at a place like this and though I wouldn't be still willing to sell to them-- nah, nah.. Not with that attitude and such a pretentious way to talk to potential customers. Shoppers be warned, and I'd recommend if you go to buy-- ask to test products for a couple of days before paying.

It's not just the price but his passion to help everyone get their computers fixed for a price much less than a new computer would cost. He spent days running programs and diagnostics then removing all kinds of malware and viruses I had acquired. I even found out that someone was using my computer to send out thousands of spam mail through a "back door" they had created. I also had a virus designed to steal account passwords. Jonathan cleaned all of this up. I believe places like big box stores purposely charge high repair prices so that you figure it is cheaper to purchase a new computer instead of getting yours fixed. I told Jonathan that I would share his talent and compassion with everyone which is why I am writing this review. Jonathan also told me he is very good with creating business related databases and web sites, and has done so for everything from mom and pop to multi million dollar businesses. And most important, he offers one on one computer classes for people who have questions, any questions at all regarding just about anything computer related which is why I am going back. A happy customer :-)
