    Exceptional Service - Provided/Rendered by a Lovely and Friendly Group up Apple Genius Staff. Staff are courteous, polite and patient and willing to answer all your questions. This was probably one of the "Friendliest" Apple Stores that I have ever visited. I'm not sure why folks are complaining. Store is busy, but they have plenty of staff available who are knowledgeable and more than capable of getting the flow moving. Everyone in the store seems happy and jolly. Thank you for getting me connecting with a sales associate expeditiously and helping me to obtain the appropriate discounts which I was entitled to. Overall a very pleasant experience. I'm impressed with how knowledgeable and pleasant the staff was. The experience overall was painless and very quick. A+ Looking forward to seeing you all again. Thank you staff members for being honest with me.

    Bobby Lo, Marissa and Daniel are quite literally the BEST technically specialists in my opinion. I had a impossible issue with my phone and they spent their time making sure everything was perfectly done and fixed to the best of their ability. Big kudos to Marissa who literally stay dedicated throughout this whole process! Daniel is an outgoing ball of happiness and positivity that kept me hopeful lol As far as cons: before I say this, I'm aware it's uncontrollable. Making an appointment is honestly pointless. My appointment was for 5:00 pm made weeks in advance and I sat waiting for awhile for a tech to see me. Just come in ASAP and check in.

Earlier today, I came in with a laminating job that I needed completed the same day. I made that timeline very clear from the start. Tyler assured me that the job would be completed by 4 PM, which is why I agreed to move forward and paid for the service upfront. I even tipped Tyler as a gesture of appreciation for good customer service, expecting that my order would be handled responsibly. Unfortunately, I later received a call saying that the job cannot be completed until Monday. This is completely unacceptable. I came to the store early specifically to ensure the job would be done today, and now my schedule and plans have been disrupted because of a lack of follow-through. If I had known from the start that same-day service was not possible, I would have gone elsewhere. What makes this worse is that this seems to be part of a recurring issue at this location. Several recent reviews mention service and reliability problems, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern. OfficeMax is a national brand, and with that comes the expectation of professionalism, accountability, and dependable service. Paying for a service, being promised a same-day completion, and then having that promise broken is unacceptable and undermines trust in the brand. I would appreciate it if someone from corporate could contact me to address this situation. Please provide the appropriate corporate customer service or escalation contact so this matter can be resolved. I hope this feedback helps improve service at this location, as experiences like mine should not happen at any OfficeMax store.

    After my dog knocked my beloved MacBook Pro onto the wooden floor, you can imagine what happened…read morenext--the screen cracked in the corner. My Mac is my lifeline, so I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to request quotes from multiple repair shops. Alex responded to my request on a Thursday evening, which I really appreciated. I received one other quote, but this shop was closer and significantly more affordable at $350 instead of $600. The next day, I spoke with Ahmad and paid in advance so they could order the replacement part. They informed me that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. Later, they even called me back to confirm that I wanted a Grade A screen, explaining that while it wasn't completely brand new, it was still covered by a one-year warranty. If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I trusted his advice and went with that option. I dropped off my Mac on Wednesday at 9 AM, and by 11:30 AM, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Ahmad made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible, and I can't express how much I appreciated that. I highly recommend this place!
