He is very kind and knowledgeable, and helps keeps the conversation light. After expressing my interest in insulated siding, he recommended a couple different options over the phone. He offered to pop by that day with some samples, which he did, and helped me see some differences in the product offerings. I let him know that there was a team coming in before the siding company, and they were going to remove the existing siding, then skin in OSB and wrap in Tyvek. After going back/forth on the color (thank you for your patience Jon!), we decided on a product and color, then contracted Jon to do the work. One stipulation was that he work with the other team in coordinating the scheduling around them, which he agreed to. His price was fair, given the fact that I selected the most expensive product out there, and the size of the home it was going on. I could not have asked for a better team to do the work. These men were seasoned professionals, and I was amazed on how quickly (with precision, mind you) everything went up. I am a stickler for uneven, or poorly cut trim, and I couldn't believe that I didn't have any objections to anything! They were always on time, and cleaned up the site at the end of each day they worked. Jon was always available for my calls, which was refreshing (at least to me...lol), and always delivered what was promised.
