    Once again Apple Rockingham proves to be run by incompetents. Today "Bill" the manager again established why business customers do not use Apple products and use Microsoft. This was a return visit for a problem they did not solve, and actually made worse the last time we were here wasting our times last weekend. After waiting outside for the appointment line to clear we were apparently 11 minutes late, one minute over the 10 minute late appointment cut off. WE were not one minute late, the nincompoops running the store were not able to get to us. Last week we waited 15 minutes after arriving on time, and then another 10 minutes once we were brought to the Genius Bar. Only to have the problem made worse after settings were changed. The basic problem is my Maps function often does not work, and the Yelp app does not work. So a connectivity issue. Simple enough for someone who knows what they are doing to fix. Also the activate this and that spam is back. Not Apple Rockingham. Certain places are known by business users as terrible. For example, Philadelphia airport. I have been in literally dozens of Apple stores across the country over the years. Rockingham is the WORST. Last week while I was twiddling my thumbs waiting for the Apple Genius to get around to seeing us, I decided to buy 4 Desk Tops for my business. That also lead to problems: 1. No one from the Business team was in the store; 2. They were out of the product and told me to come back 3. The call back and text never came, only one email from an address that does not have Apple in it which I still have not found. Bill, the Manager would not: 1. Place us at a near empty Genius Bar (implementing a new program is more important than customer service) 2. Look at the picture of the wait line for appointments 3. Acknowledge that I had to wait 25 minutes last week only to have my problem made worse 4. Provide me the name of his supervisor or contact information for Apple corporate He did offer a later appointment but could not tell me the time. I understood he wanted me to grovel at the possibility they could get to me at some point. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Apple Rockingham. Apple is not good for business, as I have learned the hard way. But this store continually stands out among the leaders in poor service across all industries.

    Samsung vs. Apple..... The debate goes on and on. Well, this store and all other Apple Stores are the reason that this is not much a debate in my humble opinion. If your Android phone is acting quirky you have to go through some representative in India who is not able to help you with a hardware issue on the spot. With the Apple Store you make an appointment or cross your fingers that they have an availability for a walk-in and you get a real person, with real intelligence face-to-face with you to help you resolve an issue. If you have AppleCare and they are unable to solve a hardware issue more than likely you will be leaving the store with a replacement device in your possession, All of the steps that the team in this store preforms is documented on their iPads and the notes will be available in the future. None of these "phantom calls" to Samsung or another company where a 3 hour call is not documented anywhere and you need to start from square one. The staff in the Apple Store are so amazing, helpful and friendly. They do have a set amount of time per appointment and at times I have felt rushed but not once have I been told that my time was up and I will need to make another appointment to finish problem solving the issue I came in for. Hands down, this and all other Apple Stores are the reason to go with Apple vs. the other cell phone device makers in the world.

    Awful customer service for the most expensive products onnthe market. Don't go here, they have no intention of assisting you.

    i wouldn't recommend this apple store overall. staff weren't very professional. bad customer service.

    When I went to ubreakifix he talked me into buying the Asurion insurance plan. A couple of weeks…read moreago my laptop wouldn't charge and I dropped it off. They called me and said that the charging port need to be replaced. They said if I waited till March 16th it would be covered for free but if I need it right away it would cost $200. I said I could wait On March 17th I called them to have them fix it and they said it would cost $200. I told them that they had told me that it would be free after March 16 and they said I misunderstood them. I asked how much it would be without the insurance and he said $400 which is ridiculous. He said that's deal or I can pick up the computer,which i did. I brought the laptop to another electronics repair shop and they told me it would be $150 to fix and it will be ready tomorrow. That's without any insurance. When I called the corporate office they looked everthing up and agreed with me that the repair should have been done free of charge. The corporate office refunded this month's $39 charge and canceled my assurance plan. But I'm still paying $150 for a repair that should have been free.     I was the first to arrive there today to drop off my broken zflip 6 (Screen buckled above the fold…read moreall the way across, causing flickering and off-and-on unresponsiveness). They had it fixed and handed it back to me in about two hours. Smooth as silk all around. Would definitely recommend.
