I made an appointment to get my phone looked at. I spent over 20 mins to find the place. I tried to call the store, but the automated machine wouldn't let me talk to a person for over 10 mins. When I get there they had cancelled my appointment and then said well it was cancelled but we could see you in about an hr. I am never going back to this location again. I'm an avid Apple user. I bought my first Mac back when you didn't need to get on an app and make an appointment to speak with someone at the Genius Bar. No appointments necessary. I have frequented many Apple stores, but this one is majorly lacking in customer service!! I don't have a sad sob story about them not fixing my cracked iPhone under Warrenty, or the fact that the GB won't see me as a walk in on a Friday night. I asked a sales person for a cover for my MacBook, and it takes him 15 minutes of procrastination before bringing me the wrong size!! I've been in here several times, and the customer service is always the same. Regardless, I still love my iPhone/iPads/Macbook/iMac! Apple really should do some employee training at this location!!! read more

Let's just say this for starters , you will be waiting longer than expected . Have a reservation and an allotted time to speak with an apple employee ? Don't worry you'll wait much longer then the time they've set you up for . Now to get one thing clear the employees are very helpful do understand , but for an odd reason when we , my spouse and I , we're asked what phones we wanted to buy by two young employee girls then told "oh sorry we're sold out of that model or that particular one ." It's was ridiculous . Once I pulled up my two reservations they were in awe and surprised they had to go scavenger hunt . All went well with our first sales associate (973579587) . She was very nice and helpful . She did however spend half an hour locating both phones and were asked three times by other Apple employees if we were getting help since we were waiting so long . Finally when she returned with the second gold phone she wrote up the first rose gold phone sale . During the check out for this phone my spouse asked a question in regards to carrier/contract free and if it was unlocked and the employee just lacked for better words to explain if it was unlocked or not but followed up by telling my spouse "you obviously must know much more than I do" which quickly put my spouse in a defense thinking she was being mocked . Then she passed us off to another sales associate (939370167) who would check out our second gold phone . From the gate she was very off putting . To add to that she offered us bags for our phones and threw it at my spouses phone but continued to bag my phone . Then I was looking to finance my phone but she began to explain the financing options so quickly she seemed annoyed and not eager to help and made it feel that paying in full was the best option for her since it would be less work for her . She didn't say anything positive about the apple financing and made me feel it would be best to pay in full later to find out that is was probably more convenient for her at the moment . To be honest we were interested in buying two tablets along with these two phones but weren't persuaded enough due to lack of effort it felt like . I immediately just paid for it in full and wanted to get out . Later my spouse did some homework on the financing and come to find out it would of been extremely beneficial due to the interest rate being zero percent . Overall experience was very long and to be honest we felt we could have been helped much better . If we are paying two thousands dollars we should be given much better respect and effort . read more

Went in to buy a desk top unit and stood around for 5 minutes. Couldn't get a sales person to make eye contact with us. I saw groups of blue apple shirted people talking to each other but not to us. At one time there were 5 of them! We are going to Best Buy. read more

Was told today that they do not accept walk-ins for customer support regarding a broken Mac book. I feel like that's sort of the epitome of terrible customer service. I purchased a laptop not even 8months ago and the thing doesn't work. The fact that I can count on 2 hands the number of times I've actually used this product and that it's now broken speaks volumes to the quality of the product. But I digress. I guess I just assumed that as a retailer you would do whatever you could to rectify the situation and appease a dissatisfied customer. Not make the customer rearrange their schedules and personal lives because you apparently never have any appointments available before 4pm. Had an appointment to get my iPhone 4s fixed as it kept crashing and was unusable but missed my check in time by one minute because no one was available to check me in and cant check in on my phone like the guy said because well ITS BROKE! I was told to make another appointment for another day even though my phone does not work!so now I have to be without a phone and make another drive out to the mall and hope to be able to get someone to check me in so they don't skip me again. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was told they were going to reset my ipad, but was never told when they did that I would lose everything on it!!! This was a very pleasant Apple Store experience and I have been to several different ones many times. We were greeted promptly and the young man who helped us was friendly and accommodating. My toddler was acting up a bit and he didn't seem to mind at all. He made our transaction easy and quick and not at all hesitant to come back for lessons or Genius Bar consultation. i have appointments already! they text me for watting about from 1h30 mins to 2hours (not to exactly time). when i receive message ( we almost ready for you)..i stay very close the apple store and late 14 mins because cannot find the paking lot..when i appear they let me know I am late and have to wait because 6 customers before me..and i waited..35 mins later i ask him again..he answered "4 client before me" i dont know why i am late 14 mins and 6 customers before me and i am waitting 35 mins more not my turns (you can compare 14 mins late and 6 customer before and waitting 35mins they just resolve 2 customers) read more

Although it was crazy busy in the store, the service was still fast and friendly. I've been here when the service was slow but that is the exception. The people who work here are knowledgable and really happy to be working here. Kudos to apple for making such a friendly environment. read more

Apparently walk-ins are more important than appointments. I guess that makes a lot of sense? Customer service can be worked on starting from the front to the person that checks you in (can't really say much about the Genius Bar since I didn't make it there). Really don't appreciate getting told that I'd be seen even being a few minutes late, then being told to reschedule because I was completely taken off the list. So their recommendation was to reschedule or walk in at "not-so-busy" times of the day...yea thanks for solving the problem Apple. Great help. read more

I have the Apple iPhone 10 which is supposed to be water resistant up to 3 feet. The phone fell in 2 inches of water and I immediately pulled it out and dried it. I thought nothing of it because of the "water resistance" that the phone is advertised to have. Two hours later I went to take pictures and they were a bit murky. Then a few hours more and the phone would not turn on. We went to the Apple store to get some help from an associate beings how the phone is only 6 months old. I explained the situation and was told there is nothing they could do. The phone is not covered under warranty. The associate even stated she wished they didn't advertise the phone as water resistant because of these types of issues which she sees happen all of the time. Honestly, I feel betrayed by the lack of customer service by Apple. You have made a faulty product and do not stand by your advertising. Everyone in my family of 6 has an iPhone as well as a few iPads and 2 apple watches. I have lost complete confidence in Apple products and service. read more

The coolest products with the worst support... Seems to be Apples motto. Love that we have an Apple store here in Temecula but each time I've gone in there's been issues.... First time made an appointment for a problem with my brand new 3G iphone battery. They lost my appointment time and actually accused me of making up the appointment! I ended up having to wait over 1 hr to talk to someone while I watched the employees chat it up with their friends and each other. Finally talked to some kid who refused to exchange the BRAND NEW phone for me while explaining to me Apple has had problem with THEIR software??? These people are condescending and rude and have no concept of good customer service... But for now I am sad to say I am a slave to to the products so I guess I am screwed! read more

My iPhone kept shutting off and I really was hesitant to even deal with the Apple Store in Temecula, but I was pleasantly surprised. As I entered the store, I was greeted by a store employee, and then directed to another employee who who ready to help me check in to the Genius Bar. I am so glad I made an appointment on-line. I definitely recommend you making an appointment in advance because without one you may wait a long time or be asked to schedule and appointment and have to come back. I wish I had the name of the guy that helped me, but I was really impressed with his customer service skills and how fast the service was. All of the employees looked happy and very helpful to all the surrounding people. The best part is they were able to fix my phone for me! I am a HAPPY customer! read more

Very clean store and the moment I walked in I was greeted by someone to take down my reason for coming in. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was they would not replace my send battery on this iPhone five because he had a crack on the screen. I do understand that it's our fault the screen was cracked but it's not our fault that there's a recall on the battery. I went in to get my cracked screen & LCD fixed on my 6S. I had to wait three days before my appointment, & wasn't able to get my phone fixed the night of since my time was an hour before they closed. However, I left it overnight & they fixed it, but were not able to calibrate it. Because of this, they gave me an entirely new 6S for the repair price ($129). I went here on Tuesday, March 16, 2019 to exchange a defective Lightning to USB cable which I purchased 4 months ago in November under a 1-year warranty. So I showed them the cable and the receipt and they refused to exchange it claiming I physically damaged it! I argued with the guy so then he offered to sell me a new one for $16. When I went to pay for it he changed the price to $26 plus tax! I didn't buy anything and will never come back here again. I went to another Apple Store and they exchanged my cable right away for free without any hassle! The Temecula Apple Store has horrible customer service and don't expect them to honor your warranty so they can save money. Be warned! read more
